Last night, had issues with unfortunately filling my car with diesel rather than petrol. After phoning numerous different companies, I got these guys and a phenomenal chat who goes by the name DundeeDave. He arrived within about 45/50 minutes of my call and quickly drained the tank and got me safely on my way. An absolute gentleman who made me feel less of an idiot than I had felt at the time. Dave is a credit to the company!

Csaba came to my rescue today after I put the wrong fuel in my car. He was a very pleasant man who didn't judge and was kind understanding.
The call out time was as predicted and to the minute. Bang on one hour wait.
It was a quick process and I was back on the road in a short time.

The technician Bela was brilliant. He was professional, courteous, thorough and efficient. He explained every step of the process really well, which left me feeling very confident of the service he was providing. 1 hour later my campervan was back on the road. I would highly recommend this company. All the staff were very helpful and kept me informed at every stage from the initial booking to the completion of the job.

Well after not looking at what i was doi g I managed to put £16 of petrol in my Mercedes sprinter van. I was 230 miles from home and rang fuel fixer after some recommendations. The whole service was first class from the initial call to the end result. The lad rang to say he was 35 minutes away and he arrived spot on time, he was calm friendly and gave great advice. The job took about 30 minutes and he stayed to check we were up and running before he left. If you ever end up as stupid as me I would recommend using these guys

I put a small amount of wrong fuel in my diesel. I phoned fuel fixer locally and was instantly reassured and given advice over the phone by Ryann. He arranged an engineer to attend my house while I was on the phone and Andy the fuel engineer was with us in less than 20 minutes. Andy was excellent from the start he carried out all the necessary and ensured my vehicle was back up and running with no warning lights. The response, reassurance and service from start to finish was absolutely first class and thanks to you we will now be able to get to our holiday in the morning. Thanks again team

Very friendly gentlemen, got to me in 35 minutes and fixed the problem ( wrong fuel I put in ) only took him 40 minutes.

The Man was very nice and friendly and didn’t get angry and just did the job and he was very chill and knew what he was doing start to finish.
