Deployment Game Changer! Healthy body, healthy mind
I tried FuelHub meals for the first time - I work in Gaza and froze 10 of the high protein ones and took them out for my month on duty and they were a game changer for me! After a hard day at work I could come to my accommodation and enjoy a well balanced, tasty meal with 10 varieties making dinner time something to look forward to and zero stress to prep. It also keeps me healthy to do some training to pass time and I know the macros are all well thought out with lots of protein. This is now my go to for my deployment packing list! Frozen for travel! They made it all the way on a flight, then into a hotel freezer, then a 12 hrs bus, and not one split, spill or spoil! Thanks fuel hub, can’t wait to order my next batch!

Great ingredients, presentation and taste
I was skeptical having tried some of the others, Thrive, Chefly etc where the quality was pretty terrible (aeroplane food at best, inedible at worst). I’m fussy but the protein quality and overall ingredients are top notch. Actually tastes fresh rather than a microwave meal. The extra cost is worth the massive increase in ingredient quality and taste. A life saver for good macro balanced lunches at work.

First off l want to say how good the food was. I brought 14 meals and each one was very tasty and well put together.
The delivery turned up on the day that was stated and was very well boxed with a lot of ice packs etc
I live a very busy life and all kept eating was sandwiches or toast. Quick and easy food but way too much bread and not healthy food at all.
But now I’m eating very healthy food and it’s as quick to microwave as making a sandwich or toast. So hence to say l will be putting in my second order with FuelHub today.

The BEST meal prep
Very, very impressed with Fuel Hub from the start! The meal choices are brilliant — they genuinely feel like you’re having a cheat meal, just with health and nutrition in mind.
My order arrived really nicely packaged and everything was obviously freshly prepared. The portion sizes are perfect, the flavours are amazing, and the biggest thing for me is that the food actually tastes homemade. I’ve tried other meal prep companies where the meals can taste quite processed, but these are completely different.
I honestly can’t see myself choosing another meal prep company now!
The customer service has also been amazing. I’ve emailed twice on a Sunday, fully expecting to wait a couple of days for a response, and both times they replied within half an hour. That level of service alongside genuinely great food has really impressed me.
Couldn’t recommend Fuel Hub enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great meal service!
Meal service has been reliable. Food portions are good, taste good. Some more options and a more regular changing menu would be welcomed but it does change and they’ve introduced some new meals recently. I actually paused and started using a competitor who is who over my social media - despite ongoing discounts and being much cheaper as a result, there’s a good reason I’ve gone back to FuelHub; it’s so much better!

The best prepped meal service
I have tried many online subscriptions and found most had too many unnecessary sauces and spicy meals that I couldn’t order. Fuel hub has a good selection of meals for everyone and they are always delicious. I just wish they would do breakfast items such as eggs, omelettes etc that other online food places offer.

I’ve been really enjoying my meals from…
I’ve been really enjoying my meals from fuel hub.
Having ordered from different meal prep companies, I really do feel that this has been the best one.
The meals taste great and are of high quality. The menu has variety. The portion sizes are large. The protein content is good.
It is slightly pricey, but I think it’s worth it. I order 10 meals a week.
Using them has allowed me to lose weight whilst enjoying my food.
Areas, I think that they could improve:
- Quite a few of the meals have bacon in which I would prefer to avoid.
- Some of the meals have a quite high salt content.

Definitely my favourite meal box…
Definitely my favourite meal box company. Lots of high protein chicken options with carbs, which is what I'm looking for. Enjoyed every meal I've had. Portions are just the right size for me and always taste fresh like a home cooked meal. Also think they probably have the best packaging of all the meal boxes I've tried - the wool insulation and gel ice packs do seem to keep the meals chilled sufficiently, even during periods of hot weather. My only suggestions would be an option for delivery by DPD before 12pm at an additional cost - this would be really useful. It would also be good to see more chicken options that come with rice but which aren't spicy in terms of heat. I love flavoursome spices, but really don't like anything hot, particularly with chilli flakes etc. More fragrant curry options or Italian options that come with rice as the side. Some options don't have a spice level but sound hot and contain chilli flakes, so I daren't order them in case they're too hot. Perhaps if you could put something in the description to say whether or not there's any heat e,g. the one with Chinese curry sauce or chipotle mayonnaise.
