Will harass you until you agree to do business with them.
They keep calling me over and over trying to get me to sign up for a loan despite me telling them that I'm not interested and asking them to stop calling. Guess it's their company policy to harass people until they do business with them, even when on the national do not call list. All they have accomplished so far is gaurenteeing that I will NEVER do business with them.
Edit, no, you did not only call me once. Good try lieing to make yourself look innocent, why not just NOT harass people instead? What kind of business logic is it to literally piss people off in an attempt to get them to do business with you?
After the first few calls, I saved the number in my phone specifically to have a record of how often you called. Every time I answered the person SAID they were from Fundella. I even called the number back to ensure it was a legitimate number and the automated recording SAID it was Fundella.
You called me on March 14th, 18th, 24th, April 2nd, 4th, 10th (twice), 14th, and 17th, and I told each of them that I wasn't interested and asked them to stop calling me. If your 'records' don't show those calls, than it's because you don't have employees who care enough about their job to update your records.

Make No Mistake - Fundela Worked Hard for Us!
I have to say Fundela worked very, very hard for us, and it was our frustration about it all coming apart that led to the one-star review. I am not trying to dissuade anyone from working with them; that was definitely not my intention. People in their line of work can be of questionable ethics and character, but instead, the people we have encountered at Fundela have all been really shining examples in every way. Our broker Melanie at Fundela also did the best possible job for us and I hope she will continue to thrive at her job.

They Break the Law
I’m on the Do Not Call list and they call me all the time. I’ve never gave them that permission and even told them I am on the “Do Not Call” list; which is a Law they continue to break. If they break that simple Law, then one must wonder how many other laws are they willing to break. I wouldn’t trust criminals with my money or credit.

Additionally, we remove potential prospects from our call list as soon as we are informed that they are not interested in our services. It is not our intent to waste either your time or ours. On the off chance that you slipped through the cracks, please email us at info@fundela.com so that our administrators can manually remove you from our system. We will do absolutely everything we can to alleviate this issue.
However, it is far more likely that you were contacted by one of our competitors with a similar name. There are far more of them than you might think. There is a reason you were able to find us online so easily. It is because we hold our heads high. We want our competitors and future clients to know about the good work we do.
