Zero customer service help.
I have waited 4 weeks now for a response on my damaged hamper. I emailed and attempted to call as a jar had cracked in one of the two boxes and leaked everywhere. It was gifts for two teachers and I had to do my best to empty clean and dry out the box and then replacing the jar with something else. When I called I was told they are a call centre and don't deal with returns and just to email in. Sounded very quiet in the background and not such a "call centre" but I believe it was at their office, but they just prefer to avoid any customer concerns. No reply by email after 4 weeks, so I am very disappointed. Running two companies myself, customer service is the upmost priority and even if we can't help, we give advice and our sincere apologies for any upset from the customer. Won't be using Funky Hampers again if there is no backbone support towards their customers.

I would like to clarify the information regarding our telephone service. Our call centre is an external service that takes messages and passes them on to Funky Hampers. They are not employed by us and do not have access to our systems or customer orders, so they are unable to deal with returns or investigate individual orders directly.
All customer service enquiries are handled by the Funky Hampers team via the contact form on our website, and we aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
I have checked our records and, unfortunately, I cannot locate any correspondence regarding this issue.
Please contact me via the contact form on our website, quoting your order number, so that I can personally look into this for you and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
I’m very sorry again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and I hope we can have the opportunity to put this right.

Very unhelpful and unbothered experinece…
Very unhelpful and unbothered experience from staff when a gift for my daughter’s birthday didn’t arrive. It seems half of my order got “lost” - I did try to call a couple of days prior to it being required and another unhelpful lady who took the call said she couldn’t help and I’d have to do everything by email. As it had surpassed the day I needed it for (following an email saying a replacement had been sent on “express delivery” which also didn’t arrive) I requested a refund. Poor service, poor experience - will not use again.
