Absolutely love these chocolate bouquets and have bought a few now to send as gifts and the people have loved them ! Highly recommend and quick delivery as requested too !

I saw the good rating on this site and felt confident in ordering an important gift for a relative. Unfortunately, this turned out to be misplaced. I placed the order and immediately emailed to ask if the order could be left in safe place, as my relative works shifts with the NHS. I received a reply the same day to say that when I got the tracking link I could amend the delivery instructions. When the delivery link arrived a few days later, it proved impossible to change anything. I contacted the company to explain that I could not change the delivery instructions and was told that they had not received my request to alter them before the order was dispatched. This was clearly untrue, but I had state the correspondence and tracking link dates, before it was admitted that a mistake had been made and a grudging apology offered. It was agreed that the company would alter the delivery instructions so that the parcel could be left with a neighbour. However, the courier kept trying to deliver and then taking the parcel away. I alerted the company again, who said they had not been able to alter it (but had not let me know). After a lengthy correspondence and initially being told that an extra charge would need to be paid for a different delivery method, the staff member agreed that as it was their error, a named date for delivery could be offered. My relative waited in all day, but the parcel failed to arrive. I then got a notification the next day from the courier to say the parcel had been left on the doorstep. My relative had by then gone away for several days and so the parcel then sat in the sun in a 30 degree heatwave. Not surprisingly when she returned 3 chocolate items in the order were ruined. When I got back in touch, I was told that unless I sent photos of the spoiled items, nothing more could be done.

It was upsetting that when clearly another delivery had not arrived as arranged, resulting in damage to some items, this company was not at all interested in acknowledging that things under their control had gone wrong yet again. I was not prepared to inconvenience my relative any further by asking her to provide photos of her gift, which had already been so problematic, and I think it is likely that the items would have been immediately discarded anyway. To be asked to prove what clearly would have happened in these circumstances was upsetting and implied that I was being deceitful.

I appreciate that things can sometimes go wrong, but the way this company dealt with these issues has been dreadful and unsympathetic. What started out as a lovely gift to thank my relative turned into a very lengthy delay in delivery, damaged items and a complete hassle for both me and the recipient. There was no concern about disappointment to me as a customer or the experience of the recipient. So disappointing and not at all to be recommended.

This was an easy and simple way to place an order with this company. I have used the company twice now to send special chocolates to two of my friends. Both have responded excitedly with their gift! Singing the praises of the chocolates received. The quality and taste were paramount in their opinions each time and the presentation according to both of them was a very pleasant surprise and they were thoroughly delighted with their gifts. This is good to hear as I have not tasted these chocolates myself so hearing how delicious from both of my friends they are, it encourages me to continue sending these wonderful chocolates to future friends of mine as well as many relatives I have within my family for birthdays, Christmas, and many other celebratory occasions! I am secretly hoping that one of my relatives who has received this gift from me, will respond when it is my birthday, or for my Christmas gift & send me a box of these beautiful & delicious chocolates. The delivery for both gifts on separate occasions was well on time as well as well received!

I happened upon Funky Hampers UK when I needed a 'care package' for my niece who is writing her GCSE's. I am so glad I did! There is a wonderful selection the site is easy to navigate and the parcel arrived much quicker than I expected! I will definitely order again

Delivery was right on time for Saturday as order was placed on the Thursday. Quality and presentation exceeded expectations! Very pleased with the item and will definitely be ordering again as the recipient absolutely loved the chosen bouquet!

The website was very easy to navigate and the ordering process is simple. I had a tough time deciding which gift to buy for my sister! There are lots of retro gifts as well as more modern items. I was really spoilt for choice but at least I know where to come for future birthday and Christmas gifts! I placed my order choosing the standard delivery option and was really pleased when my items arrived in just 2 or 3 days. They were very securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I'm sure she will love her hamper which will be a fabulous reminder of our days as a young teenager. I highly recommend Funky Hampers for very unique gifts at a great price and will definitely be back for more gifts soon.
