Extremely rude and unhelpful person on the chat
Extremely rude person on the chat, when I asked for help in completing an order which I couldn’t get to the page to pay, I’m a 70year old person not unintelligent but maybe not overly savvy on the computer, I found the person unhelpful, and came across as belittling and rude and when I said I’d leave it they said “well leave it then “ the manner of the whole conversation was very rude and it’s a shame as the items I wanted could have been great, word of advice don’t be unhelpful and rude your doing the company a disservice, I have re read the conversation and noticed whoever I was on the chat with had deleted the rest of the conversation that was had…..just like to say thank you for removing your poor manner. In reply to your comment below I’m elderly not stupid and I stand by my review and it’s fine for you to stand by yours and the one star was purely for the online chat conversation….I should have take a photograph of it but you live and learn don’t you, I’m sure your products are lovely so I’ll reiterate the one star is for the rude chat thank you

Hello Jenny, I am very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service you received. I checked the live chat and can see you were advised your address information had not been saved which is why you could not proceed to payment. You were then advised how to save the address information. You confirmed you had done this, but the address still had not been saved, which you were again advised of. You then thanked the adviser and said you would go elsewhere. I can confirm the adviser did not at any point say, "leave it then." I can assure you no part of the live chat has been deleted as our system does not allow us to do this. The advice you were given has been provided to other customers who found the information useful. Therefore, it is disappointing to hear that you felt the information was being given in a belittling manner; this was certainly not the intention. The adviser would have been more than happy to stay on the chat and help you further if you had wished to do so. We are 100% committed to providing excellent service to our customers.

If I could rate this company o stars I would. Don’t bother trying to send a hamper they won’t deliver it. They lost my delivery address and just didn’t bother to deliver the hamper. When I asked for a refund they said it was my responsibility to check the address was correct! The address was correct at the time of purchase and I have proof as I take screenshots of every purchase because of incompetent companies failing to deliver parcels. They won’t give a refund so I’ve basically lost out on £30!!!

The exact hamper you want. No compromises.
Generally, when you buy a hamper from somewhere, you'll be choosing it based on a sort of basic understanding of what the contents are. Something in there will, almost certainly, be something that you wouldn't have chosen, but which the people who created the hamper thought would work for many people or, just possibly, had overstocked.
Funky Hampers don't do that. I had the delightful experience of navigating my way down a huge list of potential hamper-worthy goodies -- food, drink, pampering gifts, all sorts -- and choosing exactly the things I knew my wife would love.
Having done that, I just had to sit back and wait a couple of days for the delightfully presented box to arrive.
Everything was perfect. Well packaged in case the courier's tender ministrations fell short of ideal (they didn't, but it's always good to be sure) and...
...well, look, it was a Valentine's gift. It LOOKED like a Valentine's gift. Except better than I could have done it. And the whole experience, start to finish, was just lovely.
I would genuinely recommend them to anyone.
