We ordered the Cambio Medium 3 Seater sofa bed at the end of May and it arrived end of August, pretty much in line with the estimated delivery date. We are very happy with it - it's really comfortable and it's so beautiful! We were able to visit the show pod in Nottingham and the advice and information we received really helped our decision making. Delivery was faultless - Paul was professional, polite and explained everything clearly.

Beautiful sofa bed. Pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. A sofa that is as good to sit on as it is to sleep on. Actually more comfortable than our proper bed. Great service, yes there was a long lead time but they let us know when ordering and we were fine with that.

I ordered a bed and headboard in September and specifically asked for a realistic timescale as it is for an Interiors project. Furl promised to have the items delivered before Christmas. It is now mid January and haven’t received it yet, I have a client sleeping on a mattress on the floor and Furl refuses to provide even an estimated delivery date. I still cannot comment on the quality of the items but I wouldn’t recommend this company so far

I have ordered an Illusion bed and I am totally happy with my purchase! Design and quality are super! A lot of storage space, you will not expect that from a slim bed, but it is! My room definitely look more tidy.

Service is great, you do not feel pushed to order.
You can select fabric from a wide colour palette and textures.

Delivery was on time. Bed was assembled fast by friendly delivery team in my room. They took away all packaging.

Wholeheartedly recommend this company and product, you can not go wrong.

Bought an Ottoman bed from Furl in the summer and very pleased. Delivery was on time and the installer was pleasant, very efficient and tidy. The bed feels like it will last a long time and looks great. The storage space is a real boon - though the internal ridge around the base won't take a lot of weight (though it's not intended to either) so be aware if climbing in to get at something. Overall heartily recommend.

I ordered an ottoman small double Leather grey bed for my son , the service was brilliant and I was served my a knowledgeable sales assistant, I found the whole experience was very easy . I would highly recommend them.

Due to the size of my flat I was looking for a bed with storage underneath and something comfortable avoiding bending all the time to retrieve my linen etc.
Is really practical that you can design your own bed online by means of materials,colour, size...
The webpage is user friendly and you can plane the bed of your dreams in no time!
Also you can ask for free samples to be send by post and see on site how ill will go with your decor in the bedroom.
That is what I did and once I make up my mind all I have to do was order it . I booked also the installation service which was very good also and I have been enjoying this wonderful bed since!

The Play sofa bed which be bought over a year ago is a beautiful and well designed product. OK it's not cheap but then there are virtually no sofa beds out there which are for every day use. We are very pleased with it and everyone who sleeps on it says that it's really comfortable. The service for buying and installing it was excellent too.

As expected the quality of the bed is fantastic and I have been sleeping like a baby since night one of its arrival. It's a good job I do not need to replace the bed in the guest room otherwise I would have bought two! Very happy (and well rested) customer.

I thought I'd have to settle for an off-the-shelf storage bed which didn't quite match the curtains and light fittings in my bedroom until I found Furl. The fabric option list is huge and after receiving samples, I pinpointed exactly the fabric that would work perfectly in my room.

The bed is obviously of a very high quality and is now the centrepiece of my room, and hopefully will be for years to come!

We are really pleased with our sofa bed from Furl. The delivery man was very helpful and took time to demonstrate the mechanism to us. We use the sofa regularly and the bed for visitors. Both are a good size (king) and comfortable.
