There return policy is crap. Bought a mattress from them it came vacuum packed. Thinking there would be a 30 day trial period so we tried it, found it unsuitable. Tried to return it only to find that it had to be returned in its original box. So I can say DON'T buy a mattress from them. Totally useless.

This company is a disgrace, hiding behind the likes of B&Q and Amazon, sending out damaged items and not being bothered about it, even using sarcasm in their replies, don't touch them with a barge pole

I ordered a wardrobe thinking it was through the range but it was few style when it arrived the box was damaged and so was the wardrobe contacted the range several times via email nothing then finally got a response from fw style who are not interested in rectifying the problem they won’t offer a refund as I have not got the boxes would never recommend this company shocking customer service never order again from them

Great set of Luno Drawers
Love the green colour, bought 2 X 4 drawers and 2 X bedsides, all really simple to put together and look great.
Brilliant delivery, got a text from their delivery company and arrived next day too!
Highly recommend.

My overall experience from this company was a positive one, the piece arrived on time and was delivered with care by the delivery team.

Ordered abed for next day delivery 10 days ago and still not received it! Waited in each day as kept promising it would be here the next day. Shocking service

We ordered the Palma chest of drawers in putty colour via B&Q from FW Style. The delivery came direct from FW Style and all communication has been direct with FW Style. The box arrived and had a battered corner. It also looked like the box had been put upside down even though the box said ‘this way up’. The chest of drawers had two corners that were badly damaged. I contacted FW Style and they asked whether I wanted £50 off or a refund and collection. The chest of drawers is so badly damaged, there is no way I want to keep them. They did not offer a replacement which is very disappointing. You would expect that they would have offered to send a new chest of drawers out immediately and collect at the same time. Feeling hesitant about ordering again, as I’m not convinced the package will turn up in one piece…

Ordered bedroom furniture the chest drawers which arrived very quickly 2 days came well packed no probs with quality of them .
The value is spot on and had two draw fronts which add small manufacturers marks on them email them had replacement sent straight away.
Can't fault this company and highly recommend.

Ordered the stora 6 draw chest of draws and I'm really happy with the quality. Took quote a while to assemble, but everything went together perfectly and the chest feels solid. Delivery was in a couple of days and it came well packaged with simple enough instructions.
