The store was clean and tidy, and the salesman, Austin, was fantastic.I visited Furniture Village in Norwich with my mum and ended up leaving with a new sofa.

Austin gave us plenty of time and space to look around without any pressure. When we were ready, he was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and took the time to go through all the relevant paperwork thoroughly, making sure everything was clear.

Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service. Thank you, Austin!

We were really helped by Helen which was great-we’d been dithering about this one or that one, configurations and colours and she spent a lot of time helping us! When we decided what we wanted she was great with that process too.
At the time one of us was in a wheelchair and sometimes getting around the showroom was tricky so that’s something to bear in mind.

We went to the Norwich Furniture Village store, although it wasn’t our original plan — we’d been looking at sofas in other shops and just popped in to have a look before making our minds up.

What was lovely straight away was that there was absolutely no pressure — no salespeople rushing over or hovering around you. We met Austin, who was brilliant: really chilled out, helpful and knowledgeable, but never pushy at all. We even got offered coffee and a cookie while we browsed — such a nice touch!

We found exactly the sofa we liked, it came with a fantastic deal, and we were told it would be delivered within three weeks. Great quality, excellent customer service, and really nice cookies too — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would definitely recommend!

Out of all the furniture shops we went into, Austin was the only guy to speak to us and listened to everything we wanted for our first home and found the PERFECT sofa for us. Helped us with all of the paperwork and order information

Loved my visit, you have some beautiful furniture, rugs and other items. Everything looks like it's made well and oozes quality and value for money. The rug I purchased, adored the one in the store, hence the reason for buying. I've looked at around 130 rugs online with different companies but I much prefer seeing and feeling the product. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and very friendly, it was a pleasure doing business with her. Thank you for the complimentary mocha and cookie. Fabulous store.

We met a charming and very helpful sales associate called Helen today. She acknowledged our requirements and took us through several options until we selected a suitable dining table and chairs. Helen then completed the buying process in a speedy and competent way. She was very friendly and made the overall experience very enjoyable.
