Fake, scammers, this bunch of cowboys are disgusting, vile, evil liars, will take your money and deliver nothing, now reported to Trading Standards, my bank, their bank (Monzo), police, Facebook, companies house and the insolvency service

SCAMMERS...TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT BUT YOU DONT RECIEVE ANY FURNITURE. DO NOT USE. WONT ANSWER CALLS OR MESSAGES AND DELETE YOUR COMMENTS THEN BLOCK YOU!

Ordered in November and asked them to deliver on the 29th Jan (just after our moving date) was told on the day the driver had just picked up the sofa from the warehouse and was on it's way to me but no one arrived! I was then told the warehouse flooded and they had to move all stock and couldn't locate my order in the warehouse, delivery was then arranged for the following Wednesday 5th Feb but again nothing arrived and I got no reply! They operate under The Sofa Lane also which is the same company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I purchased through furniturist.co.uk although on snap finance it comes up as couchek sofas, WhatsApp number they use is +44 7405 134612

Received my couch and realised they had sent the wrong feet for the footstools the ones they sent would make the footstools much higher than the couch and where not as pictured, customer services where so responsive before I purchased the sofa and answered any questions I had including confirmation of the feet that would arrive I was promised new feet on the day of delivery to which they send 4 small black feet not the chrome ones I had paid for and not even enough for both footstools have been unable to contact anyone with all messages being ignored, the sofa sections have started coming apart when we sit down on it and again unable to reach anyone at furniturist/couchek to arrange a return of the sofa and refund feel completely scammed and stuck paying snap finance for a sofa that is completely useless to us In the process of reporting to trading standard and the financial ombudstman

This company is so bad ignored you give 6 different delivery dates been waiting since 2nd December?!! Latest delivery slot was meant to be 14th December latest did it through finance the finance company no longer operates with them and had to do all withdraw my agreement order with them look at the reviews don’t make the mistake I did I have so many screen shots to show message me if you need to see them please be careful they all lie and mess you around. Please people they have been reported to trade and standards, they go under three names please be careful.

Given 3 dates for delivery none of which fulfilled. Excuses of short staffed, courier is sick and then a warehouse flood where my sofa was damaged and video sent to upon searching properly is in fact another warehouse not connected with them from a different place.their customer service is non existent and when challenged they just block you.

Avoid at all costs this is a scam and people must not give them a penny or waste any time on them

I ordered on the 5th of December. No response since. Tried calling, emailing, WhatsApp. I left a message on their Facebook Page and they replied saying they are understaffed. Wanted the sofa for Xmas and the delivery time was 1-12 days on the website. I’ve since been contacted by several others who saw my message advising it will be deleted and it was. All complaints are deleted almost straight away. Others I’ve spoke to have or are in the process of claiming their money back through their banks or cancelling through finance companies they’ve used. Police and trading standards are involved in many cases.
Do not purchase!!

PLEASE do not order from this company minimal contact no delivery won’t accept cancellation or confirm cancellation I ordered a sofa didn’t arrive then eventually got a reply saying it would be delivered on another date no time slot no contact since to my multiple calls emails ect they remove any bad comments from there page and won’t accept cancellation since trying to resolve this for over 4 weeks I have been msged by other customers that are in the exact same vote the company also trades under different names

I’m a nightmare customer. I absolutely pestered them about the delivery and I always got quick polite responses. They must hate me.
I overthink and because I’d ordered online I just thought the worst. It took slightly over 2 weeks but i ordered in November and wanted delivery before Christmas. Everything was packaged safely and in excellent condition.
The quality is something else, the price tag doesn’t reflect the quality.
I’m very happy with my sofa, my room feels like a show room.

Sofa arrived today 17th of November. Perfect condition and only a 7 day delivery, to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. Always wary buying on line but the quality is amazing .

The Quality is amazing for the price i paid, tbh was not expecting this at all, lol. Delivery was slightly delayed but its getting near christmas so makes sense.

Absolutely appalling, they messed about from the beginning, I had no contact number for them only messages on fb . I ordered a cream sofa & I got beige , also totally wrong sofa all together, poorly made as well ! I paid £1,199 thinking I was getting the sofa I bought & was totally wrong. The stuffing inside the cushions is like cotton wool , the sofa ordered apparently was so comfortable like sitting on a cloud !! It’s so uncomfortable I now have to pay for cushion inners . I’ve contacted the company and they said I signed for the sofa ? And now want me to return the sofa to Leicestershire I live in London ??
I am writing this so nobody else has to go through this ! And they delivered my sofa at 10.30 pm so was dark and I couldn’t actually see the sofa properly.. please avoid this company

Ordered borios sloane sofa 2 weeks ago, got it delivered today was not expecting this high quality as the price was low from other companies, but im amazed with the quality i must say!!there was a delay in delivery thats why would rate it 4 out of 5.other than that all FAB!
