I have a Deposit 30$ so that I can use the service, but the Settlement Status says it's on hold, and the payment has not been moved to the Available Balance so I can use it; I tried to contact support to help me by email and chat and waited for about a week for any reply, but they didn't get back to me.

Beware of this wallet being stolen. I sent an amount of money from Binance and contacted fyatu, but they do not respond to me. I sent them all the evidence that the defect is in fyatu, but they never respond because they have zero support and do not care about customers.
