Bought one of gadjets illuminating fast charging cables with lightning adapter at a services for my iPhone as my previous had failed, and judging on the price and the look of the product I assumed the cable to be good quality, however after using the cable for a week it failed to charge my phone properly using built in USB ports in my works van. I then connected the cable to my plug at home to attempt to use the charger on mains with the USB-C head to charge my wireless Xbox controller. Within 30 seconds the cable at the USB-C end had gotten so hot it was melting itself and the Xbox controller, this has caused irreversible damage to my controller rendering it completely useless.i was lucky to have noticed the smell of burning plastic before it could damage anything else.

This cable is not just terrible quality is is downright dangerous and a real safety concern. The cable was bought from a WH Smith’s at a motorway services so I know it is a genuine gadjet product.

I bought an iPhone charging cable from Gadjet Products and it stopped working after only one week.
The product quality was disappointing, but the customer experience was also poor. Their website makes it very difficult to raise a complaint or contact them directly, which only adds to the frustration.
A charging cable should last far longer than a week, and it should be easy for customers to get help when something goes wrong.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Gadjet Products.

I bought a "24W" car charger and connected my Samsung Galaxy s24. It said 4hrs 12min from 23% to full. I tried with different cables and the result was the same. Fake charger.

Recently bought two separate power packs. First one didn’t work at all and because it was cheap stupidly bought a second charger for £25- again it didn’t charge up after a whole nights charging and wouldn’t charge my phone. Shocking products. Not a pun.

I love the charger cables from this company. They last and last. What’s more you can actually speak to a real person on the phone who is really helpful. I’ve ordered several of these cables and they had lasted very well and charge quickly.

Bought a few chargers from the co op they don't last absolute rubbish. avoid

I bought 2 items from their website. The delivery was quick and i experienced no issues at all. Also great products, and i like their designs.

I got one of their Power banks last year at a petrol station in London and it was a life saver for our trip. I just bought 2 more on their website without any issues.

Purchased a dashcam which claimed to be 1080p but on using it, the screen whited out and had resolution so poor that nothing could be seen. There are no controls to adjust settings on the cam except the very basic stuff like time and date. Nicely packaged but product in the box is a pointless piece of plastic.

Contacted GadJet but over a month has passed and they have totally ignored me. The item is not fit for purpose and customer care is none existent.
