I had a very disappointing experience with this company. When returning items, they did not refund the full amount that I had paid, which feels misleading and unfair. I have never experienced anything like this with any of their competitors, who normally handle returns in a transparent and fair way.

Because of this experience, I have completely lost trust in the company. I will definitely never shop here again.

I would strongly advise others to be careful before buying from them, as you may not receive the full refund you expect if you need to return something

I've recently purchased a suit from Gagliardi.eu and I was impressed. First and foremost they are extremely helpful when it comes to answering queries pre-purchase. The delivery took less then a week and the product itself... flawless! I will for sure be back to their store to buy more items in the near future.
