Gallup Reviews 

I had to use Gallup for a work survey and specifically requested that my information not be used for marketing purposes. Despite this, I have been bombarded with marketing messages for the following five days, sometimes twice a day.

It’s completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. If someone specifically opts out of marketing, that request should be respected. This experience has left me questioning how trustworthy Gallup is with personal information.

Very disappointing experience.

I actually LOVE strengthfinders...but nobody gets back to you. I've put in 3 inquiries over 2 weeks--and was told on the phone that they couldn't guarantee anyone would be able to get back to me quickly.

I don't think the information is that useful and the website is confusing. Trying to purchase things takes you out of your login and it's confusing trying to find what you paid for after.

It's not intuitive enough to recognise what you've already done or purchased previously, so instead of recommending a relevant product (like the "upgrade" version of the 34), I ended up spending extra buying the 34 report that included a new assessment. I did not access the new assessment but instead based my 34 report on my prior results. Gallup wouldn't give me a refund on the difference in cost. The website is one of the worst I've used and why on logging in I have to put in my personal details again is beyond me.

I've done other personality / skills tests and have found this one a waste of time and not useful. And not happy with customer service. I said surely plenty of others have complained about the website and purchasing platforms being confusing. Wish I had checked Trust Pilot reviews before wasting my money.
