This company took £9,579.17 off me , as a deposit on a pinball machine , over 12 months ago. Every month , when I rang, they said every thing was fine.
They won't even answer the phone to me, now. Solicitors are now in progress to get my money back.
Stay clear of this con company.

I ordered a Taito Space Invaders cocktail table in June 2025. Still no sign of the order being honoured. Whenever I call to speak with them, i'm promised an update on progress which never occurs. I'm now in contact with Citizens Advice Consumer services which has resulted in a 14 day cancellation of agreement letter being written and sent to various at the Games Room Company (TGRCUK Limited). They have not confirmed receipt but that is irrelevant. I am also in contact with Greenfield Recovery regarding this matter.

Paid for a Peroni machine, and multiple delivery windows passed with same old blanked by Alexander & his minions.

He previously posted reply it would be here by February, that’s after October / December promises went past with no contact.

I had a voicemail from himself back on the 11th May this year. Stating I would finally get my Peroni vending machine by months end. I retain the voicemail.

Except as ever I didn’t get any follow up nor receive delivery.

It’s now 7 weeks since his call, and guess what no Peroni machine.

He’s a liar and a thief. There is other words for the nonsense I have witnessed.

Anyhow it’s with the law, maybe a big joke to Alexander. The imminent repercussions of defrauding people thousands of pounds isn’t a joke.

I’m over 10K out of pocket.

I implore anyone thinking using this individuals company, do not under any circumstances.

I ordered a AMI Jukebox from this company in October 2025 and paid a £10,000.00 deposit. In May 2026, I tried to get an update on my order, but found it difficult to contact them via email and phone.
I then discovered that their registered company (The Games Room Company UK Ltd) went into liquidation in December 2025.
I finally managed to speak to Alexander Walder-Smith, who accepted that his business had been liquidated and told me not to worry and he was going to "crack on" with my order (total value £20,000.00).
I asked him to put this in writing, but didn't hear from him again.
I made a section 75 claim with my bank, for the return of my deposit due to breach of contract, which was granted today.
My experience has led me to question this company's integrity and would strongly advise against paying them any money prior to receiving the goods.

Avoid this company at all costs!
I ordered and paid over £3,000 for a Space Invaders machine in March 2025. Despite endless calls and emails I am no closer to receiving my order or a delivery date. Sadly, I now believe it is a scam and I have lost my money. I have now instructed a solicitor and reported it to the local trading standards office. My advice to others is do not buy anything from this company, it is a total scam.

I would advise anyone about to pay this company any money to stop and consider the following before doing so.
Visit companies house and look them up but check also all related companies too. Fairly obvious that the company has been liquidated and reopened under another guise and a long list of creditors have lost a great deal of money.
My experience is that, like most people, I paid a deposit and just get either fobbed off or silence from them and months down the line, nothing. My case has now gone legal.
If you are in a similar position and paid the previous company then chances are you will lose your money, if you paid the new one then start legal action asap to stand a chance of getting something back. Good luck.

I have complete confidence in their Jukebox engineer Paul who has repaired various issues with my 1956 Wurlitzer and 1957 AMI over the past 15 years or so

I had a fault with my Rock-Ola bubbler jukebox and I approached the Games Room Company to see if they could resolve the issue. The GRC were upfront with potential costs (so no surprises). Paul from the GRC attended and was extremely knowledgable with all aspects of my machine. He not only fixed the main issue but also gave it a full service as well as welcome advice as to some of the functionality of the jukebox of which I was unaware. Highly recommended.

How long your company can give me an answer???????
full paid for the munster pinball, told me just need wait 8month, but after nowalmost 4 year , cant even let me know that pinball still available or not, but that time promise me 8 month can get that pinball , ?????????????????????? wtf is this???dont simply promise for your customer if your company cant do that!!!! i need refund my money!!!! it already almost 4 year!!!!

Avoid!! Ordered a pool table paid in full was told 4-6 weeks delivery that was start of February. Been told for the last 2 months it’s ready for delivery but still nothing. The person dealing with it is in a meeting, the directors on holiday, there trying to sort logistics just constant excuse after excuse. Phoned on Monday and someone was going to phone back in the afternoon still waiting!

I bought a pool table on the 6th of Feb paid in full I was told 4-6 week waiting time still nothing they keep telling me someone will phone back never a phone call the women that took the money/order does not answer her phone the company is a joke on customer service Avoid Avoid Avoid !! At all costs avoid you have been warned.

9 months ago, the Company took over £8,500 off me , for a deposit on a pinball machine, telling me the delivery would be 10 weeks. When ever I ring to ask where the machine is, I am told they will get back to me. They never do ! And they ignore my request for my money back. I now have solicitors representing me .There service and communication skills are terrible. Do not use this company !

I ordered a pool table and it was due to take 4 weeks (it was in the showroom and just needed refurbishment). After 4 weeks I called and messaged - it's now been 8 weeks and I have had no messages or calls back despite me contacting them daily. Communication is dire. I have no product. I have had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Be very careful ordering from this company.

I visited the showroom back in August 2023, and decided on a Rock-ola jukebox which both looked and sounded amazing.

We paid our deposit, and were told it would be around 6 months lead time. We are now 2 years and 6 months later, and nothing has been received, nor is there any estimated timeline. Communication is extremely poor, with just fluff answers each time.

I bought a football table a year ago.I threatened legal action and it got mysteriously delivered before Christmas. They said nothing hoping I wouldn’t notice it is not the colours I ordered and had paid for. I wrote a review to reflect this. John called and sent messages saying it was his personal fault for ordering it incorrectly.
If I withdrew my review they would replace it last week in January and personally guarantee it. Obviously I have had as per usual no correspondence since then so I have instructed my lawyers to wind up this fraudulent company. It shouldn’t be allowed to trade and I will do my best to close them down.

I bought a AMI Continental Jukebox from this company. I am in the US they are in the UK. I must say that I am completely blown away by the quality of this piece and the sound is second to none. I know dealing with antiques that you expect to be good after a rebuild, this is far better than anything I could have imaged. What a piece, what a restoration truly amazing. Guys did an excellent job and should be proud of the work you did. I have run a family business that does very high end metalwork, glass and woodwork and have work all over the world, I understand quality and craftsmanship. What a delight listening to and looking at this very fine piece. I could not be happier! Thank you.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a pool table in November 2024!!! it still hasn’t been delivered. What’s made it even worse is the complete lack of proactive communication — I’ve had to chase repeatedly just to get basic updates.

For such a large and expensive purchase, I expected a far higher level of service and professionalism. Delays can happen, but keeping customers informed should be standard practice. The whole process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and stressful.

I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

Had software problems with my Jukebox GR tried dialling in installing updates all of which didn’t work. A new hard drive was fitted, plus I had a problem with the volume in the end GR sent There engineer Mark (nice guy) who took away central control box this was returned to Rockola for the latest update and I am happy to say it’s now working again all of this about 10 months Alexander looked after me and to be fair I’m in the midlands area so you can imagine they’re being a logistics problem.
