Entered a 5p a ticket competition and would you know it? I won a random half booster box off a £5 gamble. Amazing

I think this is all rigged. I won once and spent quite a bit of money since and nothing, I look on the winners list and this one guy has won 4+ instant wins I buy 50 tickets nothing not even the small prize of £1 credit I had enough of throwing my money to these cons.

Transaction went smoothly, however I noticed an increase in spam emails shortly after. Unsure if related to this website i decided I wanted to delete my account.
I went to my profile clicked delete account, it said it could take a while to process.

I then received an email less than 5 mins later saying the request was processed but by the way..all those competitions you entered are now void.

How can you void my tickets because I don't want an account with you???I purchased those tickets fairly, so not having an account shouldn't change the fact ive entered.

Also, if this is the case, this information should be available at the point where I click delete account, not after the fact.

I would not recommend this site at all.

I started buying tickets on Gaming Giveaways at the end of Feb 2026. I like the variety of prizes and being a big Lego fan I enter mainly Lego comps.. since Feb I have won 4 sets, 2 of which I took store credit/cash and the other 2 sets I had delivered. DPD caused a bit of an issue with 1 of the sets but it was settled really quickly which I was grateful for and there was constant communication. I was so shocked I had won the actual main prize from a 5p Lego competition! Your not going to win every time you enter but all it takes is that one ticket. I recommend gaming giveaways to any one that asks. Thanks again! It's appreciated 👍🏻

Shocking customer service.

Won an instant win prize a 151 booster bundle. Which initially I thought great! The prize came severely damaged. So I contacted there customer service team who requested photos which I sent over. They then went on to arrange for a collection for which I explained I was currently at an alternate address and the collection would need to be from there. Any how the collection went to the opposite address I said. I have tried following up since and having no communication of them whatsoever.

My advice is if you play. Take the cash option. Posting a £150 booster bundle in a cat food box with no bubble wrap is unacceptable.

Bearing in mind I also won this prize 2 weeks ago is shocking. So I thought sod it I will open it up. Unfortunately all the cards are all bent inside from the damage to the box.

Never will I use this company again.

I am appalled that I am now being ignored after opening various tickets.

Having previously had no issues with the company it appears to have gone downhill.

Won a Nintendo Switch 2 bundle worth £500+ which hasn’t arrived after 8 days - contacted Facebook page and left on read multiple times.

Raised a support ticket and got a response which was a copy and paste job and no real information. Unable to give me a reason for the delay, so I asked just to take the cash alternative if that’s the case and have been ignored ever since.

Still no idea what’s going on.

This website is absolutely brilliant. I’ve won 3 times from here. 2 switch 2s and just now I won a 5060 gaming pc on an instant win. So many giveaways to choose from, low odds for a slightly higher ticket price and great chance of winning. Definitely recommend. Only slight issue I would say is it can take a while for shipping, and customer support can take a while to get back to you, but can’t really complain at all.

Won an etb, got to be in it to win it.

Recently won a instant prize of £2.5k and before won many smaller prizes. Odds of winning are clear and amount one pays varies on those odds. On winning that big instant prize, I received the funds within 48 hours.

I won a cheeky £75 last week, maybe just a little before.
I got the email asking for bank details etc. which I replied too... Now the downside is I have had no contact after that, and did NOT receive the money yet, about a week ago.

It says if you don't get any contact for 3 days, then message their Facebook, unfortunately I have had no reply from their Facebook either, which I messaged on Friday.

I like the prizes from this site, but if you win, getting them seems very difficult.

I've used these guys for about a year, I was skeptical at first but I have since won a gaming PC and some smaller instant wins. Really good site.

I've previously won prizes and not had any problems. However, I won a prize a month ago and heard nothing after 10 days. I messaged asking when I'm likely to receive the prize and was told "at the end of the week at the latest". This was 3 weeks ago - I messaged daily asking what was going on and was blatantly ignored.

They finally emailed me a couple of days ago offering the monetary value of the prize instead, which I refused.

A bit of advice as a business owner myself... don't offer prizes which you can not fulfill. Don't ignore customers - without them you are nothing.

I won't be me entering any more competitions. Hopefully I receive my prize before the end of the year.

I won an Xbox series X on my first go at the raffle. It is straight forward and easy my experience was great they kept me updated on my prize it's a great website and company.

After reading other 1 star reviews I’ve realised this is something very consistent with this company. I received pokemon cards that were fake (this can happen and I totally understand the mistake I haven’t had any issues with fake cards from these guys before). After getting into contact with the customer support it took them about two weeks to conduct their investigation and they decided that they would re-send my Pokemon cards. After two weeks I’ve received ZERO updates, I’ve been essentially ghosted by GG, I’ve sent an email and two responses on the support chat within the website. My main issue with this all is that there is ZERO communication, something I am seeing in other one star or low star reviews, I’m sure the cards need to be ordered and it taking some time but why ghost me? Why not update me and let me know? On a website essentially built on trust it’s so frustrating not getting any response. Once I’ve received my cards and everything is sorted I’m no longer going to be using GG and I will be deleting my account, as I don’t want to have to deal with a situation like this again. If the support team is too small please hire more people. I’ve tried to be as understanding as possible but I’m at my tipping point now.

Absolutely no customer support at all, raised a ticket, an email and two messages with absolutely no response from any of them, after winning £100 and a bunch of store credit that disappeared without being used after I was requested to provide bank details, as there isn’t anywhere to input these details on the app at all! Shocking customer support service honestly, I understand that it may be a small team but no response on any platform after what now has been 7 days is a joke

Edit: the lack of response over a period of two weeks was infuriating but issue has been resolved.

Won a Pokemon etb nearly two weeks ago. Still waiting on the prize and have heard nothing back from customer services, even after leaving multiple tickets. Can understand having trouble getting stock but surely you would have it before doing the raffle.

EDIT: The Prize did eventually arrive. Customer service is literally nonexistent though. Shame really.

Won a mega evolution booster box, still not come been waiting weeks and the customer service is none existent..... I've won things off other sites since which came straight away... hopefully I receive my prize as they're still running it as a new competition since the one I won ended weeks ago
