We’re sorry you feel this way. We want to be clear that our competitions are not a scam, we are a legitimate business with thousands of real winners and all results are published openly on our website for full transparency.
I can see that you’ve entered two competitions with us, and we’re sorry you didn’t get the result you were hoping for. However, all of our competitions are games of chance, so winning is never guaranteed.
You can see genuine winners across our social media channels and in our VIP Facebook group, where members regularly share their prizes and experiences.
We understand it can be disappointing when luck isn’t on your side, but that doesn’t mean the platform isn’t genuine. If you have any concerns or questions about how our competitions work, we’d be more than happy to help, please feel free to reach out via our support page.

Not bad just not perfect
I really want to like this website but the bugs are horrendous. It does work but it's a struggle.
The frequency of the giveaways and variety of prizes make it quite fun. Lots of winning a few more goes in the meantime.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We completely understand that not winning yet can be a little disappointing, all of our competitions are games of chance, so sometimes it simply comes down to luck.
I can still see you have active tickets and have also made use of our daily free competitions, so you’re already getting plenty of chances to win. We also offer instant wins and low-odds competitions to give everyone a fair shot. I wish you good luck in these future draws.
Hopefully, your luck turns for these future draws!

More smaller prizes
Would prefer more smaller prices/instant wins and less £1/5 credits.
Have spent alot over the last few months and not won anything other than a few £ credit, I've spend less on the national lottery and won more.
I'd feel more value if I won something small like a headset or mouse for a PlayStation voucher not some low amount of credit used for more tickets to then win nothing.
100% of nothing is nothing
Getting 200 tickets and not getting anything several times puts you off

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it can feel to enter multiple competitions and not land a win, especially when you’ve been hoping for certain prizes.
We do offer a variety of smaller prizes and instant wins on the site to give players a range of chances, and even small wins like store credit can sometimes be used to enter competitions and go on to win bigger prizes. That said, we know luck wasn’t on your side this time, and we’re sorry it’s left you feeling disappointed.
We’re always open to suggestions from our players, so if you have ideas for more desirable, smaller prizes, please reach out via our support page, we genuinely take player feedback on board when planning future competitions.
Thanks again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope your luck turns around in future draws!

Not much to say
Not much to say, I cant give ot 5 stars as I havent won anything. It seems ok, lots of variety of prizes etc but like with most of these sites, not likely to win much. I only enter every so often on certain items but without spending a large amount on a lot of tickets, there is little chance.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We’re glad to hear you like the variety of prizes on offer, and we always aim to create a fair and transparent experience for all players, whether entering occasionally or more frequently. Even smaller entries can lead to wins, and we also provide instant wins, free competitions, and capped ticket limits to make things as fair as possible.
We hope that if you decide to enter again in the future, your luck turns around!

Great, transparent site
I've had 3 wins now and chosen the cash alternative. Every time the money has been sent next working day. Great service, great prizes and the people on the Facebook group always answer questions quickly. Will continue to use this site

I used to think no one would ever win with one single ticket, I decided to buy one in the Nintendo switch 2 comp.
One ticket - 99p
Instantly won a Nintendo switch 2 bundle, honestly couldn’t believe it.
Bought tickets before and won prizes here and there but haven’t bought one single ticket before.
Never had any issues with claiming prizes and always reply to emails/chats
Can’t get a more helpful team
