I’ve unsubscribed more than five times and still get incessantly emailed from these amateurs.
The blatant disregard for GDPR is so frustrating. Reported to the ICO as it’s now getting silly.
Would encourage you to do the same if you’re having a similar experience.

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had this experience, I completely understand how frustrating it is to keep receiving emails after unsubscribing. I've just looked into what might have happened here. I can see you Opted out 2 times on Feb 7th and haven't been sent another email as far as I can see. Please confirm if this is or isn't the case.
Our emails are sent through third-party platforms, all of which include unsubscribe options. In situations like this, our support team can investigate if something hasn’t worked as it should. We genuinely could have helped resolve this quickly if it had been raised directly with us.
That said, I do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. If you’d still like this sorted once and for all, please reach out to support with the email address in question and we’ll make sure it’s properly handled so you don’t receive anything further.

Easy to use site
Had a couple of goes of the competitions, various prices for tickets which is good, site is easy to use. I can't really give it a good score as you have a go of these sites to win and as I didn't win I can't say o what a fantastic site but well done to all that do.

Thanks for giving us a go and for the honest feedback. We’re really glad to hear you found the site easy to use and liked the range of ticket prices.
We totally get where you’re coming from, at the end of the day these are games of chance, and not winning can definitely take the shine off the experience. That said, we appreciate you giving it a fair try and congratulating those who did win.
Hopefully luck swings your way next time if you decide to jump back in!

Genuine 100% , fun, nice user interface and loads of freebies
So... in 2024 I have won a gaming PC, mine was better so i chose the cash alternative(~£650) they've made me a bank transfer.
Fast forward to january 2026, gambled around £100 and won a logitech headset worth around £60.
So my point is, this website/company is definitely genuine 100%. People just need to spend whatever they are prepared to lose.
Those repeated winners are hard-core players, I see them on the Facebook group quite often.
So yeah, compared with other BS where you have to point where the ball is going land or whatever, this is more fun to me.

We want to be clear, our competitions are not a con. We’re a legitimate and trustworthy business with over 50,000 real winners. For full transparency, all competition results are published on our website, and you can also see stories of real winners on our socials, as well as speak to winners on our vip facebook page.
All of our games are based on luck, so winning is never guaranteed. While we understand it can feel disappointing if you haven’t won, that doesn’t mean the platform isn’t genuine.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

Great comp site
Great comp site. I’ve been very lucky on here and won multiple prizes. Some big, some small, but very trustworthy site. It’s one only one I use for Lego in particular and always suggest it to friends.

We understand how seeing familiar names appear can feel frustrating, but this doesn’t indicate anything unfair. We publish all winners openly, which makes repeat names more noticeable, especially when some players enter more competitions. To keep things fair, we enforce strict ticket limits on every competition so no one can dominate the draws.
Regarding the cash alternative, we would never intentionally offer less than the advertised amount. Cash alternatives are clearly stated on the competition page to make things transparent. If you believe this is wrong, please raise a support ticket so the team can review and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
Our goal is to provide a fair, transparent, and fun experience for all players.

Firstly. it is a legit site.
Firstly, it is legit.
in my second comp I won a Lego Infinity Gauntlet. I already had it, so had store credit instead. With the store credit I won The USS Enterprise and then the Black Pearl.
Fantastic prizes and a great site.
The only small gripes I have is with their communication.
Firstly... I won the prizes on December the 5th and it said they were processing the prize... after 2 weeks I had to contact them and ask what was going on and they informed me they were out of stock.. fair enough, nearly Xmas... However, surely if you are offering a prize you would have it before you start the comp? I eventually recieved one just before Xmas and the other on the 10th Jan.
Secondly... Let the winners know what is going on, tell them if it is out of stock, delayed etc.
Other than that, great site, great prizes and helpful staff. Will definitely be using it again.

Thanks for your feedback. You’re absolutely right, our competitions are a game of chance, so winning is never guaranteed.
We do our best to give everyone plenty of chances through instant wins, free competitions, and capped ticket limits to keep things fair. We’ve also updated the site and added animations to make the experience more fun and engaging.
Hopefully you’ll play with us again in the future and bag a win!
