I ordered a lovely zinc planter. I am very happy that it was exactly as it was advertised. Arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

Sent a question about statues of Mary and Jesus, answered following day. Purchased both to put in a memorial garden for my parents. Delivered the next day, safely and secured in boxes. Absolutely beautiful statues, very happy buyer, amazing service, quality and price. Thank you 😊

I ordered a laundry basket which is lovely and a quick delivery really good service.

Ordered a garden mirror, and when it arrived it was very poor quality. Very flimsy and the backing that holds the whole mirror is place was made of thin cardboard. This would not last a week outdoors in the rain. Not fit for purpose. The box it arrived in was to small, which left parts of the mirror exposed. How it did not get damaged is i miracle.
I have reached out to the company for a free returns and refund with no response. I would definitely avoid the company at all costs. Very poor product and customer service.

We bought a fire pit from a garden show which we were very pleased with and was great value. Unfortunately our box had some of the bits missing but on messaging the stall holders these were sent out in the post and arrived quickly- happy customers!

I am not a person who generally likes ordering on line , but it was a very easy website, the item arrived within a few days , well packaged , and exactly as shown in the picture, and the description , i would highly recommend.

This small family business has gone above and beyond with thier customer service! Honestly their communication and their help I haven’t seen in a business for a long time and it was so lovely to see.
They sorted out all my problems and queries quickly and without hesitation. Nothing was too much trouble.
Their products aren’t bad either 😜 I will forever keep returning to this business!
