Very pleased - product, service and value
I ordered despite negative reviews due to good value.
Very pleased with quality of 1000x Bluebells in the Green. Received well packaged and healthy late February 2026, these were sold as lifted prior to flowering (which was unusual, I thought usually lifted after). However now in April they are flowering and doing well.
I think these were probably such good value @£219 inc delivery because they’re young bulbs. So although plants are small in this first year, they are doing well and will establish better and better.
Happy with ordering process, quick and well packaged delivery, health of bulbs and now quality of flowers.
Will order again.

There communication was awful and they ignored my legitimate complaint
Excellent, helpful service and product
I ordered many types of bulbs ‘in the green’. Whilst they took a little longer to arrive than expected, when I enquired on their expected dispatch date I received a same day, helpful response which was accurate.
The bulbs arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to recommend.
Snowdrops Don't grow.
They sold me 50 snowdrops for my birthday last year in March. I planted all 50 in my grass. Not one has grown. Nothing, Nada, Zilch.
I contacted the company and they basically said it was my fault.
They are now saying they will send me 50 more as a gesture of goodwill as long as I remove this review!!!!
They have now refunded me in full. Thank you.
They are now saying I have defamed them. I can supply the emails if required and the order number.

Bulbs arrived quickly
Bulbs arrived quickly, in good condition. Replied to my email within an hour of me sending in a query (I wanted to change my order). I'd use them again.
Prompt delivery, good quality and swift replies to my emails
Ordered double snowdrops plus snowdrop Sam Arnott in the green. Arrived freshly lifted and of good flowering size. Ordered a further 10 Sam Arnott as reasonable price offered. Really good bulbs. I recommend this company and found them helpful with my queries.

Eight days on. No product. Company does not list phone number or email address. Avoid.
Updated 23:18 22/05/23 In response to your reply - the status on the website was that the Nemaslug would be back in stock on 13th May - not the end of May as you suggest. Hence I placed the order on 14th May. I have logged into my account and there is no information on there about this order at all - so please verify what you are referring to on my account about my order because there is nothing on there whatsoever. Ordered Nemaslug from this company 8 days ago. No product delivered and no phone number or email address on their website to contact them. Having read the reviews on TrustPilot I now feel that I have been conned. Would not recommend this 'company'.

They respond to queries very quickly which is so rare these days.

I ordered Paperwhite Narcissi at the end of November, expecting delivery before Christmas. I tried emailing with no response but have now been told that the order was for delivery Sept. 2023 I have had a full refund.

Rubbish Customer Service
Thank you for your response, it still doesn't explain the lack of response to my 3 emails querying delivery. I do want the bulbs I just want to know when to expect them as it says nothing about delivery on my order note and I am not a gardener so I do not know when they should be ready to be delivered.
I ordered some wild garlic bulbs end of May 2021 and have still not received them. Not being a gardener I was unsure of when I should get them, so I emailed Garden Supply Direct 3 times to ask and received nothing from them! The money was taken as soon as the order was placed even though it claims they do not take money until despatch of items and I am still none the wiser. No communication on their part and no phone number to ring, just an email, which seems useless or an address to write to them. I highly suggest this company goes on a course to improve customer service skills as at the minute it is none existent.

SELECTED THIS COMPANY THOUGH GOOGLE. THIS COMPANY WAS DISOLVED MARCH 2020 AND STILL ADVERTISES ON GOOGLE - I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM RE MY ORDER DATED 1 MAY 2021 ON A NUMBER OF OCCASSIONS WITH NO SUCCESS THEN CHECKED WITH COMPANIES HOUSE!

Rubbish customer service - DON'T USE
As with the previous reviewer. Have chased TWICE for a delivery date for my snowdrops in the green but no response and they have no contact telephone! They have rapidly taken the money however! If they do not arrive we shall proceed with a legal money claim on them. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I have heard nothing and now the Snowdrops are dying off and will not be "in the green" so I would like to cancel my order and get a refund.
But how do I do this?
This is not a professional garden supply company so I would advise people not to use them.

Still Waiting
My whole order is marked as dispatched and the payment has been taken however I have only received one item through the post Nemeslug slug killer. I am still waiting for all the plants, some in the green but not all. I have emailed twice and had no response. No telephone number and the contact arrangement provided does not work. I am very disappointed and so far, out of pocket. My next step will be to contact my credit card company.
I have already sent you two emails with those details. May I suggest you give me an email address to which you will respond. I have also given you (through Trustpilot) extra contact details for me but you haven't got in touch...so I am still waiting to find out why the money has been taken and why my order is marked as dispatched when the plants are still in the ground. Please respond.

Ordered snowdrop bulbs in May - never received and no response to any emails, until a PayPal dispute was raised and then it was a ‘why are you raising a dispute?’. Still no bulbs. My advice would be to buy elsewhere.

Terrible customer service
I ordered 500 snow drop bulbs as well as 500 bluebell bulbs in late October.Whilst I have received the bluebell bulbs I have not received any snow drop bulbs despite 4 e mails sent ( there are no phone contact details).No response received to anything and my last e mail said I would refer to trading standards. They were very quick to take my money when I ordered.Terrible service
