I wrote to Garnier regarding a sun protection spray SPF 50 which my husband used on holiday. He had a very bad reaction to it with severe swelling and blistering to his skin. After numerous form filling in and photos sent I was informed that a refund could not be issued because I didn't have the receipt. One of my main concerns was is this going to happen to someone else, where is the customer care policy

Love Garnier Olis but hate excess plastic packaging
Love Garnier Olia.
Hate the excess plastic packaging.
I love this product. Does a great job and contains no ammonia.
However, developer cream plastic bottle is huge and contains about a 1/5th in volume of cream. Sooo wasteful and polluting!

Rash/reaction to products
I experienced a bad reaction to a moisturiser made by Garnier, and upon reporting it to the company directly, was told that it must be due to my skin (despite me having no allergies and no reaction with any other product). Offered a £2.50 refund against a £5 product, with no accounting for the fact that I look like I have a chemical burn on my arm that is going to be visible for a number of weeks. Appalling and utterly dismissive with empty apologies.

Absolutely an awful service
Absolutely an awful service! I waited for 7 months for my refund and they couldn't even send me the full amount. I'll never use any Garnier products ever again!

Absolutely Awful Customer Service!
Absolutely awful Customer Service!! Three months passed (countless emails/phone calls), and my issue has not even been looked at by Garnier!! It's absolutely crazy! No customer should be left waiting this long! Unacceptable service!
