Terrible (Possibly fraudulent)
The same company as Landscape Plastics. Take your money, send no goods, and will not reply or answer the phone.
The only route is a charge back claim with your card issuer.

This company are an absolute joke. i simply ordered 2 items....one YELLOW pipe and one BLUE pipe...........they couldn't even pick 2 items properly,!!!.......instead they sent me 2 YELLOW PIPES!!!!

after i called them to explain what had happened, they arranged for DPD to collect my parcel, making me take a day off work, having to wait for the DOPD driver to turn up. I waited at home for several hours, only to find out later on that day, that the DPD driver, turns up to my house, takes a photo of the house and drives off. (all of this is caught on CCTV).
i then called the pipe company, only to be told that they will arrange for DPD to collect the following day. refusing to give me a refund, until they had the item.
to my absolute shock and disbelief, the same driver, turns up, but this time walks on to my drive, ignores the huge 1m x 1m brown parcel box, staring him in the face, takes a picture of my front door this time, and walks off!!!!.......again i call the water pipe company, who by now have cost me lots of money in time wasted, waiting for the stupid DPD driver, and also i had to buy the 50 meter pipe elsewhere, due to their picking error, and now my refund, which should have been carried out 3 days ago, has still not happened due to their delivery partners' driver, deciding to go "rogue".

on day 3 the DPD driver finally decided to pick up the parcel, but also was threatening in his interactions with me, when i simply asked him, why on 2 occasions, he decided to not pick up my parcel, when he was literally at my house!

Overall, this company are S H I T !!!

Bought a number of items that were not delivered and they wouldn’t respond to emails asking for a refund. Had to claim through PayPal. Clearly a scammer website. Avoid !!!!

AVOID been over a week no delv and no one answers the phone!!!!!

Recommend don't deal with this company, with the vat and carriage it's cost over £24 to post 200 grams of plastic. Can't be any more specific cos they've sent an unsatisfactory invoice with just the net value of the part. If I'm paying that much I want it next day on a silver cushion, didn't post it for 3 days and the job has had to be put back.

Poor company avoid like the plague
Only sent half the order which took far to long to arrive and when it did missing item. Trying to get in contact is nearly impossible. Once returned only refund £17 from my £55 order.

Delivery takes far to long ! Even though on site it says many items despatched in 24 hours .....not my experience on standard pipes ! and they Don't answer emails either ! Won't be using again

Purchased two check valves on the 13th of November, after hearing nothing from the company in regards to despatch and delivery I called up on Thurs 17th, and was told they had lost the order and it would be delivered to me the next day. The package was delivered not to my house but to Matalan strangely on the evening of Sunday 21st. I didn't have a chance to collect the package on Monday and today when I picked up the order I found they had only sent one valve. I called up today Tuesday 22nd and was offered no apology after asking for a refund. Maybe this is a one-off but it goes to show that when it comes to domestic orders this company doesn't want to know.
