Such an amazing service. I had initially booked for them to pick up my guests from Gatwick airport but due to a delay they missed their transit flight and had to get a new one to Heathrow. I called Gatwick Taxi Cab about the chnages around 3 am and they made the necessary changes to pick my guests from Heathrow at no extra cost.
My guests' feedback was that the driver was a delight as well. Thank you so much.

Easy to book and requested a car seat for child with no problems. When I landed it was made very easy to find pick up point. We're also right on time, very little waiting. Great service.
Our driver was waiting with a clearly visible sign when we arrived at Gatwick and was kind, courteous and very understanding about our flight delay. After returning from our summer holiday and a long day of travelling, the smooth and stress-free journey home was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

Booked a return taxi transfer from LGW to Bognor at a cost of £186
First service went well, pick up however was an absolute disaster, was expecting pick up at midday, at 11.33am the driver calls me to check if i needed a baby car seat, i say no and he replies ok then i’ll see you at 2pm unless you want me to come earlier. I say the pick up is due at midday and he says the office told him 2pm but he’ll leave now. He arrived 50mins late, thus we arrived at the airport 50 mins late. I had arranged to meet an old friend at the airport for a coffee before our flight and we were very late. Apparently it was a software issue…. I complained about the service and Abdul was very apologetic and reassured me that i would receive a partial refund and that he passed it on to his Customer Service Manager. I was offered the grand total of £9.30 as compensation. When I complained further I received an incredibly rude response, was accused of extortion and that the matter was closed! Reliability is of the utmost importance for Airport services. Yes mistakes happen but look after your clients! Not recommended
