From making 1st contact to taking delivery of my new car GBCardeals did everything they said they would when (or before) they said they would.
Having checked out on line the car I wanted I then phoned to make the order - there were no hidden extras or differentials in the online price to that quoted. I was given a delivery date (still two weeks away) when I paid the deposit. I received regular updates from them as we awaited the arrival from France (I bought a Citroen) Once the car was in the UK they contacted me to finalise delivery and arrange payment. They confirmed receipt of my online bank transfer. (I often worry in case I send the money to the wrong person) The car arrived in Glasgow this morning just as I finished breakfast. Everything is as it should be.
The whole process was easy and straightforward. I had my last car for 8 years, hopefully this one will last just as long, but when it comes to replacing it I will be looking to see what GBCardeals have to offer.

My new Hyundai Tucson 2.0 Diesel Premium SE arrived earlier this week and completed a very enjoyable experience in dealing with Alex and Carolyn at Gb Cardeals. Looking around for a new car, I found this service which offered to save me over 20% off a new car. A little sceptical at first as no main dealers could match it. However after a chat with Alex, my order was placed and processed just as he said would be, my new car delivered to my door. Throughout the whole process

I had reservations about buying something as expensive as a new car on line, but decided to go ahead anyway having visited their office in Hyde and meeting the people behind the web site. The service has been first class and my new car arrived 2 weeks earlier than plan. The specification was correct and it was delivered to the door in spotless condition with only 5 miles on the clock. The price was significantly lower than any other offer (including other web sites) and the end result has been excellent in all respects. The registration document, the final piece of the purchase process, arrived today. That is a 10 week turnaround including the Christmas holiday period and it clearly shows that I am the first and only registered keeper of the vehicle. I have no hesitation in recommending GB Car Deals to anyone who wants good value and no hassle.

Never used this type of service to purchase a new car before but i would certainly use it again with no problem.
