I am writing to express my concern regarding my account. I deposited funds on September 26, but my withdrawal request remains pending, despite settling the additional charges required.

I have provided proof of payment and have been waiting for 15 days for a resolution. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach your team as my messages and emails have gone unanswered, and my account appears to be blocked.

I kindly request immediate clarification on the status of my withdrawal and funds. Given that I have invested a total of $540, I expect a prompt resolution to this matter without further delays. If this cannot be resolved, I request a full refund.

They took my money, but no confirmation email arrived, so no postal tracking that I paid for. I needed the item for a specific date and it didn't arrive. They don't answer the phone or emails. Fortunately Paypal refunded the money. Avoid.

Awful customer service .. ordered through Amazon. ( thankfully) item due to arrive. 16-18 May , did not appear , shipping date was amended to arriving 22 May , this was too late as item was required for May 19, I emailed company directly to explain the situation and request a refund. The response was shocking .. the reply stated that ‘ we both know you have received the item ,’ and the reason the shipping was amended was due to a ‘bug’ ( Covid presumably!) which they would fix ? Thankfully Amazon oversaw a refund .,, avoid avoid avoid

I ordered two items and they never got despatched. I tried emailing them on their website and it said that the email was disconnected due to security reasons. I tried ringing them but they never answered it just rang off. I even found them on Amazon and sent them a message but no reply.
I got a full refund through PayPal straight away.
Absolutely disgusting company. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Avoid this company where possible. Purchased an item from their website, paid via PayPal (no other choice), goods didn't arrive and after 2 weeks I was not able to login to my account on their website to even check the progress. Reported to PayPal as item didn't arrive, thankfully PayPal refunded immediately without question, which I thought was slightly unusual, I can only assume I was not the first to report their lack of service. I did try to contact these randoms by telephone, the line generally rang and rang without answer. But eventually I discovered their efforts to stop the phone ringing was to answer and just leave it off the hook on the side, however, they hadn't realised they had answered and I managed to listen to 10 minutes of their conversation, which I can only describe as an overseas call centre with little English spoken. At that point, I knew I'd been scammed. Don't make the same mistake, these people also appear to sell via Amazon, and perhaps that's all they now care about. Who knows.
