Shoes not as pictured but delivery was very quick.
Pleased with delivery time and communication. Less pleased with shoes not being the same as those in the picture on the website.
According to T's&C's the company reserves the right to change item specifications without warning...

Many thanks for your order, and for taking the time to review us. We're glad the delivery was fast and the communications good!
I am sorry to hear that the shoes weren't as pictured, we do try and keep everything up to date, but with approximately 4,000 products (not including colours) online, the odd one does get missed, even more so in this case because they were a clearance model and the last pair left. I can only offer my sincerest apologies.
With regards to the T&Cs; we have to write that to cover ourselves, mainly because all our suppliers have a similar clause, and they don't always inform us when they change the specifications or design slightly.
We don't recall seeing an email or call from you about this, but provided the shoes are in new and unused condition, then we're more than happy to arrange a collection and refund you.
As an aside, we do also provide a 'No Quibbles Guarantee' for 30 days, and of course, you're protected by the Distance Selling Regulations etc., so up until the item has been used, there's always the option to return.

I was very keen to buy a RAB Vapour Rise Lite jacket. Supplies of the 2013 version were limited on the Internet and I was mainly being offered last years version (for more money). This was just what I wanted at a very good price and having ordered it late on Sunday I was delighted to get confirmation of despatch the following day. Arrived safely via courier (at NIL COST!!!) and has already been worn twice. Will definitely look here again for future purchases.

Lightning turnaround, great product, best price i found
Ordered on a Sunday evening, tent was waiting for me when i got home from work Tuesday. On top of the super fast turnaround from placing order to delivery, was the best price i found for the item AND free delivery.
Will definitely be using again and highly recommended.

Cheap, and they use a really good courier service.
The tent I bought was really cheap, and the courier service had an option to recieve a text when the package was to be delivered. It was great knowing when the package would arrive, and also having the option to rearrange delivery by text if I wasn't available.

Slow walking pole
The walking pole I ordered was not the one illustrated on the site (to match an existing pole).
Service and response were prompt but please use a different delivery company. They sent an email to say they couldn't deliver because we were out - which was not the case - so eventual delivery was late.

Little known, great service
Gear Zone came up in my web search for tennis clothing. Had not heard of them and decided to try.
I will use Gear Zone again definitely as I was able to get a discount on the product I ordered and it arrived very quickly.

Mistake rectified immediately
I ordered two items (the same) from Gear Zone which were dispatched immediately.
When the package arrived there was only one item in it. I rang the contact mumber and the missing item was immediately sent and arrived the next day without quibble. In a way that makes me more inclined to deal with Gear Zone again
