Ho acquistato da Geeetech e la mia esperienza è stata pessima dall’inizio alla fine.

1. Hanno spedito con indirizzo sbagliato
Nonostante l’indirizzo fosse corretto (con CAP verificato), il pacco è stato inviato con dati errati.
Il corriere non ha potuto consegnare e il pacco è finito bloccato a 2 km da casa mia.
Nessuna telefonata, nessun tentativo di contatto, niente.

2. Il venditore ha rallentato il rimborso
Invece di risolvere, il venditore ha iniziato a prendere tempo con messaggi ripetitivi e inutili:
– “contatta tu il corriere” (già fatto)
– “aspetta qualche giorno”
– “ti rispedisco il pacco”
– “ti do il tracking domani”

Tutto questo mentre il tracking mostrava chiaramente “indirizzo errato / consegna non riuscita”.

3. La parte più grave: richiesta scorretta di cancellare la disputa
Quando ho chiesto il rimborso, il venditore mi ha scritto testualmente che poteva rimborsarmi solo se prima cancellavo la disputa.

Questo è un comportamento scorretto e contrario alle regole di AliExpress.
Cancellare la disputa significa perdere ogni protezione.

4. Comunicazione confusa e contraddittoria
Prima dice che rispedisce, poi che devo aspettare, poi che devo annullare la disputa, poi che serve tempo, poi che devo contattare il corriere.
Nessuna responsabilità, nessuna soluzione concreta.

5. Assistenza inesistente
Ho contattato Poste Italiane dopo 40 minuti di attesa: mi hanno confermato che l’indirizzo era corretto e che il pacco sarebbe tornato indietro.
Il venditore invece continuava a prendere tempo.

Conclusione:
Venditore inaffidabile, comunicazione scarsa, tentativi evidenti di ritardare il rimborso e richiesta illegittima di cancellare la disputa.
Non comprerò mai più da Geeetech e sconsiglio vivamente questo store.

I bought a Geeetech Mizar M 3D printer a little over a year ago. The printer is very good.

I want to replace the print bed and contacted Geeetech customer service.

Their website doesn't have many spare parts left for 3D printers.

The only response I received was to find a replacement bed myself from another supplier.
I don't think it's right that a year after buying the 3D printer, the parts to replace the print bed are no longer available.
Your customer service is really unacceptable.

Be very careful with this company geetech I got a 1kg roll of abs+ and was happy printing when I noticed no filament was come out my filament detection unit hadn't stopped the machine on close investigation the feed tube to the extruder was stuck could not remove the filament whe i managed to pull the filament out i discovered this sticky substance on the filament which was all over the spool consequently it block all the feed from my humidity box to the extruder and also rendering the extruder as dead cannot clear it out , I contacted geetech and all I got was a reply to say they would replace the roll but it was out of stock at the moment ha , but I still have a damaged machine with no compensation forthcoming so be very careful people don't not buy geetech filament use other suppliers i use sunglasses now much better and less clogging good luck

Geeetech offre une expérience d'achat assez satisfaisante pour le rapport qualité-prix de ses produits.

Malheureusement, le sav s'avère très limité. Même si les échanges avec l'équipe sont assez réactifs, la disponibilité des pièces de rechange, assez succincte, est loin d'être garantie (par exemple, j'ai une A10M équipée d'une carte GT2560 v3.1 plus disponible à ce jour et aucune solution de remplacement)

Si j'avais à acheter de nouveau une imprimante 3D, ce ne serait pas une Geeetech !

J'ajoute n'avoir jamais pu bénéficier de la remise de 5$ réservée aux nouveaux clients et ce même en interpellant le service client à ce sujet !

my a30t has been a really good printer so far (18 months in) print quality is good but to be fair it isnt for the novice user.
yes you do need to have filament loaded into all 3 extruders when printing things to avoid the hot end from blocking up but once it has been set up correctly it gives some really nice prints.
bad point is the extruders are rubbish, you are better off swapping them for all metal dual drive extruders but will need to reverse the motors. also the filament run out sensors are rubbish but you can turn them off in the printer settings and not use them. would i recommend these printers? yes but not for beginners as it is a steep (vertical) learning curve.

Après échange, par mes propres moyens, de la carte mère ainsi que de la carte écran, mon imprimante fonctionne: coût de l'opération A MA CHARGE charge de mon imprimante Geetech A30T sous garantie: Carte mère 49.19€ (Ebay) et carte écran 28.94€ (Geetech)= 78.13€.
Merci GEEETECH. entreprise où la qualité médiocre de ses services et d'incompétences pour ces clients en SAV.

I purchased the printer and it duly arrived, i have not managed to actually print anything at all with it, the filament blows a big bubble in the ptfe tube and that in turn stops or twists the filament inside to stop the print, although the printer functions it does so without filament in it. So far i have spent more money on new ptfe tubes, and also a new hotend. all to no avail. I have 4 other printers that have worked since day one, this printer has not worked at all, the support service is absolute rubbish, if you value your sanity do not use this companies printers.I would have given 0 stars but the minimum is 1 star, they do not deserve to even get this. Today i will start a chargeback for my money

3d Drucker bestellt, kam nach 3 Tagen an. Leider funktioniert er nicht wie beschrieben. Kontakt mit dem Support aufgenommen. Der mit Abstand beste Support den ich je in Anspruch nehmen musste. Wenn es möglich wäre würde ich 10 Sterne verteilen. Schnelle Rückmeldung, schnelle Hilfe. Ersatzteil ist unterwegs, kostenfrei. Danke Geeetech

I'm happy with the performance of my Geeetech printer, and their filament products. But buying directly from their website (which may be necessary, if you need spare parts) is a slow service. They've taken over 2 weeks to just ship the items. And I paid extra for faster delivery too. So it looks like it will be at least 3 weeks after making the purchase, the parts will arrive.

My 3D printer is currently out of action until the parts arrive. In retrospect, I wish I bought a printer where I could obtain spares more quickly. Btw, their customer support is pretty useless, I contacted them more than once trying to get information on tracking, and when it will be shipped. They replied quickly but took no responsibility or provided any information, just saying it's either shipped, and a tracking number will come in the next 2-3 days, or that it's handled by their warehouse, and provided no further details. Eventually an automated email arrived with the tracking info.

My advice; before buying a 3D printer, do some research on where you can obtain spare parts more locally. I doubt I've ever buy a Geeetech printer in the future to avoid this hassle.

Terrible customer service.
Ordered a resin printer with 4 bottles of resin. Only one bottle of resin came, plus wrong power lead. Had to jump through lots of hoops with customer service, and finally stopped answering me, after opening 4 cases with them.
Avoid if you want good support.

I am new to 3d printing and love my Misar S and Mizar M geeetech printers. The customer service I have received from Geeetech is amazing and I always get a quick response to all of my questions. They are there to help every step of the way.

Ein super Einsteiger 3D Drucker. Was mich wirklich überrascht hat, für den super kleinen Preis einen so guten Drucker zu erhalten.
Er hat alles was man für einen Einstieg benötigt und es gibt neben einem vernünftig großen Bauraum, ein wertiges Touch-Display. Außerdem fand ich ihn sehr leicht und intuitiv zu bedienen. Gerade wenn man Einsteiger ist und nur wenig Vorkenntnisse hat, ist er sehr zu Empfehlen.
Es macht einfach extrem viel Spaß, seine Figuren erst auf dem Monitor zu sehen, dann selber herzustellen und zum Schluss in der Hand zu halten. Meine Ergebnisse waren jedenfalls gut. Die technischen Daten sind auf der Seite Geeetech für den Alkaid gut beschrieben, daher gehe lasse ich das hier mal aus.

When I think of 3D printing, the name Geeetech comes to mind. I have been buying products for several years, I have tried all the types of filament that they put on the market and they have all gone well for me and I have been able to give a positive review.
I still have to try their printers, and their resin.
It is a serial company with good customer service.
Currently the word Geeetech is synonymous with quality.

1 of the first filament companies I think about when I want to order more as they have a great selection of different materials and one of the best colour choices and some that really pop and that has now made it onto my selling page.
They always come quickly and have great packaging.
The spools are perfectly sealed and beautiful winding on the spool, no tangles or anything.
Great price too.
Been using them on my old Enders with no problems and now use them on my Bambu and work perfectly with no problems with some fantastic results.
The service side if I hardly have to use them is fantastic and responds very quickly and promptly and knows the solution very quickly or even hints and tips.
Will be using these again and again!
