We are very pleased with the freebies and the staff. Communication is very good and staff is very helpful, eager to solve any problems that might arise. We fully recommend it for freebies and for companies who look for promotion. A lot of the stuff we received, we went and bought from shops shortly after trying the samples. We are very thankful to gemsatwork for what they do.

I would like to thank gemsatwork for all the treats that we have being receiving from the company. This lifts everyone's spirits for the day and also puts a smile on our faces.

gemsatwork are such a great addition to the office space. They are incredibly helpful with their customer support and having free samples for our employees to try new things help keep morale high!

What's not to like? Gemsatwork send us samples of new products and we give them to our staff. It boosts morale and helps with staff engagement. Gemsatwork are not pushy and have realistic expectations of what we can give back to them in terms of feedback. Our rep, Josh Halliday, coudn't be more helpful. Long may our business relationship continue.

Josh Halliday has been great to work and I can't thank him enough the great products we have received. He always calls when products are on the way or new products are available. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Was approached by this company who wanted to attend a visit at our office. After several attempts, we decided to invite them in to which we discussed things moving forward, suitable times to attend the office etc.

After hearing nothing from them for months after, I contacted one of their Sales Advisors via LinkedIn, to which I then received an extremely rude message to say do not contact our staff they have a busy workload.

I am in shock that a start up business has the audacity to treat it's customers this way. Will be avoiding at all costs and telling anyone I know in the local area to do the same.

Advice to Management: Get some proper training set up for your "Sales Team".

This really drives engagement in my workplace.

Every has a big smile on their face when a delivery arrives.

When I was first contacted by Gems at Work, several years ago. I thought 'yeah right what is the catch?'

Since then I have been ASTONISHED by the Quality samples they have provided for our staff. Quite frankly I can not really call them samples as the Products are usually large in size.

Josh is FIRST CLASS and always at the end of the phone willing to help with queries. Billy is also a Star

Our company have been signed up with gemsatwork for a few years and we love them! We get great treats every few weeks which the team love, especially the coffee and chocolates! The guys at work are great, Josh has always been really helpful and kept us updated with when to expect delivery. It's a great service, thanks guys!
