Gemsngems Reviews

These guys are amazing! They custom made the marquis gemstone I was looking for. Then I sent them a picture of the setting I wanted and asked for 10k rose gold. Took them about 3-5 weeks to work on it. Then Once it was done they sent me pictures of the finished ring for approval. Once I approved it I had it at my door in less than four days. Absolutely beautiful totally worth it. The wife loved it! Fair price and great communication! Josh Aug, GA

Great selection. I love the products and shipping was swift as well. I will definitely buy again.

I have ordered from gemsngems a few times over the years and have always felt well taken care of. The right items get shipped, and delivery has not been a problem in the USA for me. Excellent pricing and service.

Sam was very easy to work with. Communication was done over WhatsApp and although there were delays in getting responses due to the time difference as well as other factors - 5 day holiday included, Sam always replied to every question I had and the delivery was super fast once my order was ready. Quality was superb in my case

I had a great experience here, and I'm very happy with my order. Sam and his team communicated well and politely with me, and I will definitely order from here again!

I placed my order on 7th April and received it (in Europe, with unpaid import tax) on 25th April. I had a brief email exchange with Sam on 10th April when he informed me that the Pulled Czochralski Ruby i ordered was not available in current stock in a baguette cut, but they had one in emerald cut if I would like that instead. This was totally fine for my purposes (i also assumed that the order would take longer if they had to create and cut the ruby, but i never asked this).

The gemstones arrived carefully packed and undamaged. The quality of the rubies and moissanites was excellent, and I'm very happy with them! I also ordered hydrothermal rubies just as a comparison with the pulled rubies and I think for the purpose of turning them into jewellery there is no difference in quality to the naked eye. The moissanites (5mmx5mm square cut) came with GRA certificates+warranty cards, and were excellent quality overall.

I would highly recommend this store to anyone interested in gems!

Great service and turn around. I'd definitely use this seller again and will encourage my friends to do the same.

I love the quality gem stones purchased. The ordering process is straight forward and the selection is outstanding. The only issue I encountered was a delay in delivery and this is related to the Country the product is being ordered from and not the business itself. I made an inquiry about the purchase and Sam was great in communicating the status of the order and provided tracking for me. Shipping international can have its challenges, but the wait was well worth it. Beautiful quality stones that I cannot wait to use in my jewelry. I am looking forward to making another purchase soon. I appreciate your prompt response to my email inquiry and love the quality products you offer. Please continue to offer such beautiful stones, with a wide selection of sizes to select from.

I bought an aquamarine stone, it arrived in less than 10 days to Australia. It’s hard to get loose stones in Australia, to make a custom made ring. The stone I ordered was beautiful and even the jeweller commented that it is high quality.

They were always available to communicate via email. The products are amazing and I will buy again from them <3

I am very pleased with the gemstones they sent me.
The colours are rich and vibrant and the cuts are very precise. Thank you and your team. I will be placing more orders soon.

The Gemsngems team have been available and willing to fulfill complex orders in record time. I am very grateful for their work and continue working with them!

I was thrilled to find Gemsngems because their selection of lab-created stones is excellent, including some that are particularly hard to find, even unique. As a jeweler this doesn't happen to me very often, but I was genuinely excited to place my first order because so many of their products looked amazing and were so far behind. Best of all, the quality and beauty of the stones I received actually exceeded my expectations. I've placed several orders since then, and they've always been quick and very helpful to accommodate any questions or requests I've had. Overall, Gemsngems (sorry for the pun) is a true gem, and so happy I found them. Thanks so much again for all your help and beautiful products!

It was my first time order of this nature.
My order was over $4000 U.S.
I was uncertain and had questions.
Sam was patient and helpful.
There was a shortage of 2 items I ordered but we were able to find replacement choices.

Order arrived with no issues.
The stones are quite impressive!

I will order again.

SAM. He helped shipping issues due to Tariff constraints as well as a great order of beautiful Gemstones..

Sam was great to work with and helped me through the decision process. The cushion cut Ruby was an amazing quality and has been able to fool even the most experienced jewlers. Highly recommend Sam's high quality lab grown gems

I decided to buy some lab gems, a alexandrite and a tourmaline and they are really pretty. I choose the cheapest delivery and it took about 3 weeks, after some while I hadn't received the tracking information and decided to send an email. Sam replied really quick and was helpful, I got send updates about customs and pick up at te post office. So the customer service is really good. I would definitely buy again.

I have been buying the lab made items for many years and have always found Sam to be easy and old fashioned in business. With living in Thailand I pay by bank transfer and then I get the stones. It's that easy.
With the latest order, the wrong stone was sent so I returned it, sent the tracking and the correct one was received a few days later.
I recommend his work.

My order took a little longer than expected, but not much! I ordered in bulk for my business. Great prices, great quality, consistency and color. I recommend their gems and customer service!

Have bought several times, always great products and service.

I ordered 3 very large, custom cut Moissanite stones from Gemsngems. The gems arrived damaged with chips in them. They were all packed together directly touching each other. I contacted Sam and sent him closeup photos. He rectified this situation by remaking the gems, they arrived in perfect condition, all very well packaged in individual padded containers. How a seller corrects an issue says a lot about them; I would buy from Gemsngems again.
