Everytime I call to clarify the process…
Everytime I call to clarify the process the clients relation team are always so helpful and patient with me. This is especially important if someone has learning difficulties, as there is a lot of technical jargon and when receiving medical letters including invoice.
A special shout out to Katie who took her time with me helping me find the correct letter to move my case along, which was approved in 24 hours by the underwriters which normally takes 5days!

Sanam at general and medical could not have been kinder or more patient in arranging this for me .Sometimes a human touch means so much I can’t thank her enough though the process of claiming has been much more difficult than in previous years I would also like to commend Rachel who calmed me down when I was very tearful and confused about how to manage the process on line two very nice empathetic ladies

Exceptionally helpful. Even when making unwelcome decisions, they have been properly explained.
