I bought 2 Edge Sculptures in the amazing sale after Christmas.
Loved that everytime I went onto the website the little hand came up waving to "chat". Instead of getting one of the silly "chatbox robots" you get on a lot of websites you actually got to talk to the owner of the gallery who was able to answer all my questions.
First class service and would highly recommend.

Recently ordered a Joe Gilgun print. It was a pre-order so was willing to wait a little time for the piece. I was kept upto date on the progress. The piece arrive and I’m thrilled. Will be ordering another piece from the shortly

I wanted to buy a piece of artwork which when I enquired about the frame for it, the piece of arts price went up £220. I pointed this out to 'Robert' via chat and he told me the price had been incorrect but would honour the price. I enquired what the edition number was and as it's the weekend and they are closed on a Monday he said that he couldn't check until Tuesday but could not honour that price til Tuesday, (2 days time), so in theory getting me to buy today but not telling me what the edition number was until after I'd paid for it.

This seems like tacky hard sell and not very professional.

So the price goes up, but I can have it at that price as long as I buy it today but you can't know what edition number it is until you've bought it. No thanks.

I'd rather buy from a reputable company that I know.

When I purchased this sculpture, the website advised it was " the last few left" ( & still is), so presumed it would be in stock, but much to my disappointment, my purchase was not received until almost 5 weeks later! This is the only negative thing i can say as Sophie couldn't apologise enough after I chased my order as when I did finally receive my purchase I was delighted. I think if the website had put a true delivery on the item rather than "last few left" giving the wrong impression that it would have been delivered earlier than 5 weeks, I would have most probably ordered elsewhere

Amazing company!

I ordered a product from generation gallery and it arrived very quickly. Packaging was great and ensured the package arrived in great quality. The whole process from purchase to delivery was very easy and quick.

When contacting customer service with a query regarding another product, Sophie, one of the customer care representatives, was amazing. Such a polite and lovely agent. She couldn’t have been more helpful with my query. Amazing work!

Just received the three wise chimpanzees came well boxed up and protected and have them sitting on the window ledge of our bay window and they look fantastic

Outstanding experience with Generation Gallery and they will be my first port of call for my next piece of artwork. I was seeking a specific piece which required an enquiry by the gallery, this was promptly made and the answer returned was positive. I had approached other galleries, who without checking, told me what I was looking for was already out of stock. I'm pleased I purchased from Generation as they made the effort that others didn't. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and was delivered expertly by Fragilistics so my whole experience from enquiry to delivery has been extremely positive. Customers not only expect but actually demand this high level of service and when it is received it breeds loyalty. Thank you all and I hope others have the same excellent experience as myself.

I ordered a Paul Oz framed print online for my husbands birthday and he absolutely loves it! The item was delivered to West Sussex well packaged and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend using Generation Gallery to purchase your artwork.

I contacted Generation Gallery to check on stock before ordering, as I was tight for time for a birthday present.
They were super helpful, confirmed the item was in stock and promised to ship it that day. Sure enough, the item arrived the following day, wrapped in reams of bubble wrap to ensure safe transit.
The sculpture, edge tiger cub, is absolutely perfect and I would definitely order again from this business.

Purchased a picture just after Christmas. There has been a little wait but that’s expected given the current times. On receipt of the the picture I am delighted and it really was worth the wait. Great communication and quick responses to my emails. I would definitely recommend and use again.
