I’ve purchased from GetHarley a few times and it’s been great. Once there was a small issue with half my order getting lost, but Sophie on the customer service team fixed it instantly and managed to send my order to France as I was there at the time. Thank you for the professionalism and care, I know I’ll be continuing to shop from them without reservation!

Where is my order? I ordered from GetHarley several weeks ago but never arrived and there is no contact number

GetHarley is the worst. There is no contact number, you can only connect with them by WhatsApp to which they do not respond for days. I ordered a prescription over two weeks ago and they shipped it to the wrong address but won’t respond to me to get it reshipped

Get Harley quickly resolved an issue for me regarding a package I never received with a replacement parcel.

Hi I'm extremely impressed my skin has never felt better ..the doctor really took into account all my concerns and I felt it was a very personalised experience. They asked for photos before hand which made the consultation all about management. I was very impressed. The orders all arrived promptly. The doctor also wasn't pushy about buying the treatment she advised about my current products and then suggested what would be better at my own pace.

I required a more hydrating moisturiser. So GetHarley got in touch with Rachel who suggested one for me. It was ordered and delivered the next day. It was amazing service and I love the new moisturiser. Thank you

This company and concept is insanely good! My beautician created a personalised skincare plan for me and through the company I was able to get my products. The communication is 1st class and they went over and above to ensure I was happy with the purchase. Always checking in and ready to answer any queries. The order arrived quickly (within 48hrs). Really impressed with everything.

After a very reasonably priced initial consultation and a regime tailored to my skin and budget I received my products within 3 days. Get Harley have stayed on hand for any further questions and queries with the Dr I spoke too, sending them skin updates and check ins to adapt my plan. Totally professional company with excellent and effective medical grade skincare products. No hard sell, just there when you need them and the occasional special offer.

The whole experience with GetHarley has been a smooth and trouble-free process from start to finish. I have only been using GetHarley for a couple of months, but I am really happy with the level of customer service and support I have received. I am also already starting to see some promising results. In my initial consultation with Dr. Maha I felt that she took the time to listen to me and construct a plan that was tailored to my needs and also my budget. I didn't feel like I was being pushed to purchase products I didn't need. The Whatsapp messaging service makes all correspondence smooth and efficient. I love the factor 50 cream. It has a slight tint so I didn't need foundation. The eye cream has completely got rid of my dark circles
The night cream is fabulous not to mention the face wash and foam you use after. I think I'm gonna use it for life. I've had comments on my skin
