Email received regarding bogus charges on itunes
I contacted iTunes by telephone, after reviewing their website. I informed the rep.Of the email address and was told it was fake. Also informed the charge had not been made against me credit card. I was able to be reassured the charge had not been made but was concerned the email contained the last four of my credit card. I cancelled my credit card on itunes, notified my internet provider, and did a check of my firewall. Don't know how my account was hacked. However if you receive a bogus email regarding a charge not made, call iTunes and follow these directions I would request iTunes evaluate this problem and if numerous people report the problem report to possible authorities to assess if iTunes was hacked

This has got to be the worst bot ever. If you're a company and opt for this option because you cant be bothered to communicate with your clients and dont understand the meaning of transparency such as Facebook etc., then opt for this and lose any clients that you might be holding on to.

If zero was an option...waited for one hour,5 minutes for a Delta issue, canceled the request for gethuman assistance. They emailed three times to find out if the issue was resolved, replied to each email (doesn’t say do not reply), continued to get emails asking if issue was resolved. Finally clicked on link in email “no, issue was not resolved”, throws you back into the hold for customer service. Absurd!!!!

At first when I put the 2 reviews on the Uber eats app I felt like that wasn’t going to work because I was expecting news about my problem with the delivery and stuff but as soon as I left my review on GetHuman I got an email quick and got the problem solved so I’m glad and thankful

Is just a scam! I though they can help solved a problem but they didn’t.
LinkedIn/ Get Human is a scam!!
This has got to be illegal to waste people's time and claim to help whilst doing nothing!! One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Both Get Human and LinkedIn. Such a rip off and more should be done about this!! They are ripping people off by trapping them with free offers and inconveniencing them later. Like many others I cancelled my premium subscription but I've still been charged and no appropriate customer service process in place.

You keep sending me message if I was clear or still having problem with it and I keep clicking still having problem. And you auto rob live messages is not helping at all and can’t even get help with Facebook issues.
