GetHuman is excellent— it waited on a 7 1/2 hour wait and got me through to New Jersey EZPass customer service. I had to try about 5-6 times but on the last try, it worked and I was able to save money and get my issue resolved. Highly recommend!

I was supposed to get an agent from Air France with the assistance of ‎gethuman support. I was advised in online that some will call my phone number in about 6 minutes that I provided to get in touch with Air France customer service. I didn't get a call but I got a text message saying that I was called and I didn't answer. I rechecked the call history and there was no call received.

At first I thought Canon wasn't going to give me any customer service (and I almost formed a poor opinion of your company) because I didn't know I was supposed to use GetHuman. It is not apparent on your site that you are supposed to do that. Once I knew this, a nice man with your company told me which drivers to install and I am completely satisfied with your customer service.

Get human are currently assisting me with an ongoing dispute with stock x. I encourage others to contact Gethuman if they need help and support. I look forward to my outcome :)

So my shopping was wrong and items not delivered. After many complaints over 24hrs uber had I thought sorted the problem and refunded.
Now uber are asking back for £35.saying I didn't pay for one of my orders hence a charge!!
I payed for tobacco £36. Was not delivered.!!.
I have requested why there is a charge on my account exspain it fully.
You say I haven't payed for a past order!!I pay for all my orders through PayPal so if I ordered and could not pay then I wouldn't be able to check out!!
I have requested proof as in date of unpaid shop but I am being ignored. The question cannot be answered Uber.
Take this charge off my account ASAP & do your homework

My mistake as I thought I was speaking with a company representative. I provided multiple email addresses, phone numbers and user name before they told me i could sign up for another account and get 3rd party advice about resetting my password. Can't help but feel like it was a data mining robot that i fell victim to.

Broken cable . Very timely response and repair.

Used to be excellent. Then the person who created the site sold it, and it was all downhill from there. Used to be crowd sourced. No more. Used to give you numbers and tips for how to truly reach a real person: Today I called the number gethuman.com gave me , and it was the same damned robo-operator number printed on my bill!

Why do they buy something that works and then wreck it? That’s not how the glorious free market economy is supposed to work. Makes me wonder if gethuman.com was bought by a consortium of large businesses to intentionally wreck it because too many customers were actually getting through.

The US doesn’t have free market capitalism. It has winner-take-all oligarchy. Don’t be fooled.

Using GetHuman, I avoided a 40-minute wait on hold with Bank of America to resolve a hacking problem. I will for sure use GetHuman when needed again!

Alleged 21 min wait for a company. The last 6 mins lasted 20mins more so I disconnected. So I waited for a call back for over 40 mins for a 21 min wait. GetHuman is useless for the wait on hold, but does provide numbers that can sometimes be helpful. Won't waste my time again waiting on their 'wait on hold' service. I could've gotten through sooner myself.

It was good. I did made a call and it was resolved for me since they said the app was under maintenance as at then.

En su web ponen un telefono de transferwise pero ese es mi número y no el de la empresa esa. Total recibo miles de llamadas a diario y solo me queda cambiar de número por culpa del idi0ta que lo ha puesto, encima reclamo en su web para explicar el error y ni responden ni hacen nada….

My husband tested positive for Covid 24hrs before my flight (I have to isolate as per government policy)

Looks to be a $600 dollar click bait event if you sign on with them. When I got frustrated trying to get help wading through long wait times at US Govt website TreasuryDirect, I found "gethuman" website on search. It sounded wonderful so I got on chat. They wanted my explanation but I could tell that their chat was a robot and did not reply to my explanation. They then tried to send me "to a live expert" but in the intro it said that $49 per month woud be the cost. Do people realize that is $600 per year for a service that is just a reference source with no actual direct help in getting things resolved. I guess if you have that kind of money to waste that would be ok. I do not have that kind of money

I used GetHuman to supposedly save me "25%" of hold time, as they would stay on the line and call me when a rep came on. The company I was trying to reach had a holdtime of 2 hours, FOUR HOURS LATER, GetHuman sent me a text - did not call - asking if I'd already resolved the problem.
