Definitely consider other options first!!

Definitely consider other options first!! Something as simple as connecting with a Google Calendar became a month-long issue that was not corrected. Every year it disconnects. I can understand that there will be glitches, but the SAME ONE every year and now Timely says that I'm on my own to "FIGURE IT OUT"...WTFudge!! People, if you are looking for a CRM, your money and time will be better spent somewhere else and you can get to work instead of spending time trying to communicate with a company that's crap. PHOOEY on you Timely! And if you are gonna respond to this Timely and say "sorry for your experience," show me by sending me a real person to actually TALK to and fix the damn problem. I should NOT have to pay extra for this at this point. I have spent enough personal time and business hours trying to get this resolved. This review platform is asking for the "Date of my experience". Let's just say it was the month of March...That just about covers it.

UPDATE- Well I guess my review got a person to take a look at what the issue was ( google cal side of things ) This could have been discovered MUCH earlier by one of their customer service reps. Google is not Timely's job, but trouble shooting connection is...This whole situation took WAY too much time and energy.

As we don't have visibility or direct control of third-party tools like Google Calendar, it is a difficult issue to identify the root cause of. We will be reviewing this case internally to see how we can improve our troubleshooting processes and help customers identify this more quickly.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS EVER

Im paying the highest subscription for customer support phone access and have timely merchant facilities yet I can NEVER EVER get through to support. Ive needed URGENT help with a transaction/refund for days now, Ive sent emails, tried to call support and NOTHING. I cant wait to change my merchant facilities back to squarepay!!

Happy with the service

I pay extra for telephone support, and I have never had any trouble getting through to the team. I’ve always found them to be extremely helpful.

The only thing I would suggest about the platform is that it would be great if I could upload my small courses directly onto the system. Currently, clients can only book one space at a time, so I have to manually add any additional clients myself.

Didn’t have a clue at first

Didn’t have a clue at first. I emailed at all hours for help. The staff were wonderful and very patient. Talked me through what I needed to do. Now I think I’ve mastered it. Could have done it with out their help.

Buongiorno ho acquistato un orologio su Tymely ero molto scettica a riguardo ma alla fine l’orologio fortunatamente è arrivato e non ha difetti all’interno c’è anche il certificato di autenticità del prodotto, e consegnano con Fedex purtroppo prima ti dicono un giorno che arriva e poi alla fine arriva il giorno successivo vabbè.. L’importante è che sia arrivato ed è un ottimo prodotto sono soddisfatta dell’acquisto grazie tymely

STAY AWAY FORM TIMELY

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM FOR OVER 8 WEEKS. SENT 32 EMAILS, AND MADE OVER 10 CALLS. I PAY FOR SUPPORT, AND THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME. I JUST SPENT $200 WITH MY IT GUY, AND HE CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THE PROBLEM IS ON THERE END. BUT THEY REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS OR ANSWER MY EMAILS. WORST COMPANY EVER, I NOW HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY LIKE FRESHA.

Still haven't had any communication for…

Still haven't had any communication for over 28 days. They are ignoring all our calls, emails, everything. EVEN THOUGH I PAY FOR SUPPORT. Timely hasn't worked properly for over a month. Can't communication with pur customers base, or do any marketing causing lost revenue. Over $10,000 so far. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.! Look at there reviews.

Super user friendly

I have to say for the most part my experience has been wonderful. Get Timely is so user friendly for both myself and my clients. I run spa businesses and I have an animal rescue I’m in the process of building. All 3 of these businesses Get timely is PERFECT for! I’m not super computer savvy, but I feel like I am with Timely. It is so easy to set up by yourself and customize everything. You can be as detailed as possible! Down to even multiple color schemes and how you want to be viewed online. You can easily attach your booking system at timely to your website. And even choose if you want specific services for buttons or entire categories.
The best part is now there is timely pay for the U.S.A!!! The only issue I have, is the gettimely sales feature doesn’t have detailed reports nor the ability to make instant deposits like Square or Stripe. Other than that you are able to focus on building your business and monitor your productivity. One of the best parts is even though there isn’t phone access for customer service, they are pretty good at getting back with you in less than 24 hours via email. Although it would be helpful to have access to customer service via phone. I had Gabrielle take great care of me last week when I was confused with the timely pay features.
Do yourself and your business a favor and sign up for Gettimely! Your customers will love you for it!

Real people, Really awesome.

I've used Timely for 5 years now and have only had a positive experience. They are quick to reply to any concerns, which are often addressed and corrected before they even send a reply!! This company are real and honest. They are NOT perfect (because who is?) but they listen and go aboveand beyond to try and make your use of the system as smooth and straight forward as possible. Any questions or queries and I just shoot off an email and it's sorted before I know it! Thankyou for all your hard work! You guys do everything I can't and make our business so much better.

Timely have very little support.

Timely has very little support for a startup Bussiness, In 6 month I have been with them I received one phone call even tho I try a few times to get in touch with them.
I am not happy so I am moving now to fresha.Thank you timely for your software.

Awful non UK customer service

Awful customer service.

I have tried to return to get timely after Fresha’s new client charges. My account has been disabled. There is nobody to phone. Email responses come at 3am so assume from a different country, not UK. I have been told to repeatedly just reset my password which hasn’t worked.

I have now had an email request asking for private documents, business registration, driving licence and a photo. Anyone can get my photo from Facebook so I’m not sure what security measures are put in place here, nor why they need to see my driving licence or even what country is seeing my personal documents. With the number of scams I am not prepared to send my personal information to anyone.

Absolutely fuming that I’ve wasted all week trying to access my account. Awful customer service.

If you have two diaries for two…

If you have two diaries for two businesses but one calender it double books you.
Support is terrible they do everything to not to talk to you just barriers every step of the way. When you do get "support" it doesn't resolve the problem.

For such an expensive system there are…

For such an expensive system there are a glitches that I have reached out about and still not fixed.
One th 10 minutes cut off their booking if they don't complete it with such a short time frame and 2 I can't change my voice mail greeting and it cuts off my clients half conversation.

Unfortunately I will be looking at a less expensive more user friendly format
