I do not recommend buying from this site at all even if you like the models. I bought the CURLY Small Clear Rectangular 90s Vintage Frame | Premium - Black Clear at $32 + $51 (shipping). so $83 while the branch of the glasses was scratched and damaged. in addition, they mention that the glasses are of optical quality but not at all, I went to a store to put optical lenses but they told me that it is not possible. Even without optical glass and just as an accessory I do not recommend since the glasses were damaged.

I love a company that actually responds and tries to help. I received an order that was slightly damaged and I reached out and they were so helpful and send a new pair. They really do try so much to make their customers happy. I love the sunglasses I bought!

Très déçu, j’avais commandé des lunettes dans leur site : Premièrement pour le suivis du colis c’est très compliqué car vous êtes obligé de regarder régulièrement le suivi, ils ne vous envoient ni de mails ni de messages pour vous indiquer la situation actuelle. Donc il se peut qu’un jour vous ne soyez pas là et le livreur passe.
Deuxièmement j’ai découvert qu’en plus de prendre des frais lors de la commande (15€ ou plus), vous devez payer encore des frais lorsque le livreur vous livre le colis (pour ma part 9,50€), j’ai donc refusé le produit.
Pour terminer, le délai de livraison est assez long.
Je ne sais pas si dans les autres pays le système fonctionne de la même manière mais en tout cas si vous êtes un français et que vous voulez commander là-bas faites très attention.

Ordered 4 pairs of sunglasses and they all arrived crooked as well as cheap plastic fee. Definitely overpriced and they delete bad comments from IG then block you.

The customer service team was very helpful and they even ordered me the frames in colors that weren’t shown on the website!

Customer service is great, I made the mistake of entering a wrong address and they ever so kindly resent one to the right address. They're very fast to respond.

Shipping was great, my glasses arrived to me in Australia in less than a month, and shipping was very easy to track. Packaging had pretty good protective filling although no protective case or box for the glasses, which is all good.

However, i was a bit confused when I opened my package and saw my glasses. I ordered the SMOOCH SMOKE glasses as a gift for my friend which looked just how i expected, but they don't seem like the high quality deadstock vintage product that they are advertised as. The lenses and frame are plastic- they still look good but I think the advertising is a bit misleading, so they additionally feel pretty over priced. Not overly concerned about this pair though.

My other pair of glasses, the NINJA SMOKE SPORTS SUNGLASSES, are what really confused me. Upon first seeing them, I thought I was sent the wrong pair by mistake. Firstly, these glasses are displayed in the pictures on their website as a light grey/white colour. In real life they are a dark grey/black. BIG DIFFERENCE.

Secondly, they are ALOT bigger than i expected and look a little weird on my face. I only later saw their size measurement on the website, so I guess it's my fault for not looking into that, but it would be nice if there was a description of how they fit and pictures of them modelled on a person. The colour difference is pretty outrageous though which I'm a bit upset about.

Overall, the glasses are pretty cute but overpriced for the quality. A bit weird that you can't leave reviews on their actual website. I was very upset when I first got my glasses but feel way better about it now- so I would say try to only by the products shown on a model to avoid deception. Also Giant Vintage if you're reading this, please can you update the photos of the NINJA SMOKE SPORTS SUNGLASSES because they looked VERY different irl.

my glasses were literally damaged. I ordered another one and they broke within a week! and they won’t respond to me or take any customer reviews into consideration. also you can’t even leave a review. when commenting on their instagram for my troubles they simply delete my comments. please save your money and buy actual real quality vintage glasses.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses in November 2021. It’s now Feb 2022 and haven’t received them.

I have received my ordered glasses 1month later. Their glass looks fine to me. But they need to delivery their product fast.

Very disappointed. Was looking forward to having sunglasses that I always wore. Paid expedited shipping and have not received. Have emailed and have heard nothing. Can't find no phone number.

The sunglasses were way too small. In the picture, it fit a young woman, but the actual ones only fit my 8 year old sister. Very disappointed and will not be coming back to shop here.

Ordered six frames from them. Love them but unfortunately one was damaged. I contacted Annabelle who got back to me in just a few hours and told me that I could not only have a replacement frame but an additional frame for our troubles. Shipping was fast, she was very prompt and polite. Would definitely recommend to others.

absolutely awful instagram brand posing to be selling good quality vintage glasses for cheap when it's really over priced s*** from ali express. You know what you are doing and you should be ashamed.

I've ordered a pair of sunniest last month, the shipping was fast but it's taking forever to get to me. It's been a month since I've ordered it and my tracking says it's been in the Los Angeles Air Force base????? FOR 19 DAYS what is it even doing there... The product I've ordered already had sold out during the duration I've been waiting for mine to get to me... Let's just hope it will actually get to me.

I ordered sunglasses on 18th June 2020 and tracked the package. As of August 5th 2020 they still have not arrived at my address in Scotland. They were tracked to Heathrow Airport twice, have been returned to the States yet again and GiantVintage says it’s not their problem...Royal Mail UK just tell me the package has left the uk???? - it. never seems to get past Heathrow... No trackable address forGiantVintage or a contactable phone number and they didn’t respond to my emails for ages! Do they really exist?
