Do not buy from them. Worst experience of my life. I spent £100 and got multiple sizes. And to send it back I had to send it to China and pay myself although it said free returns. I paid £40 to send it back. And then it got stuck at Chinese customs and sent back to me. They aren’t doing anything to help me out

The worst experience I ever had from an online shopping, they falsified their clothing brands from other online shops to match quality! Every product of theirs is made at the back yard garage, 0.0000% quality and forget about refund, they will never give refund and it will cost you fortune to send your order back without no return label.

Delivery of the product was weeks after order. Product quality for 2 pair of pants was poor and fit not even close to fitting. I returned the items to the address provided and have receipts for return. They claim never received. I have wasted a lot of time.... and money. I would not recommend working with this firm. It is safer to work with vendors on the Amazon platform for easy returns if needed.

I bought two items which were the worst quality, and when I tried to return them they said the email system was playing up but the would attempt to process the refund, it’s been 5 month no refund

If i could give minus stars on this review i would DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! like many of the recent reviews ive seen my experience has been horrific! i never leave reviews but i feel i have to. My son purchased a hoodie from here at a cost of £36 plus £7 delivery. the product was such poor quality it was almost laughable. When i attempted to return this i was offered £6 compensation - when i said i wanted a full refund they sent the return address and said i needed to return it tracked! to China! this would have been £25 so i refused as they would not pay the return fee. They then offered me £10 which we begrudgingly accepted... however, after that the emails went back to square one telling me My order was stuck in customers and would be with me soon???!!! they have ZERO clue what they are doing - i am STILL after over 1 month in back and forth email with them trying to get a response. It is now not about the money but the principle, hence this review.. Please do not trust this company and do not waste your very hard earned money buying a single item from here

Total Scam. The items I ordered did not fit and tried to return. They informed that I would need to pay for shipping costs to China. The items I received came from Inglewood, Ca so obviously they want to make sure I won't send it back and pay for shipping to China. Awful experience. Communication from the company was unprofessional and nothing was explained in detail.

HUGE scam !
i ordered two oversized heavyweighted hoodies and i received the most deceiving fabric that i've seen and the cut is horrific too.
So spare some money and never buy on this website

SCAM, avoid by all means !! You order something and receive different product. They will not accept responsibility and ask you to pay return postage knowing wrong product was delivered. AVOID !

Do not buy from this store, bad quality stuff coming straight from China, customer service has no manners and does not follow their own rules of a 24 hour cancellation period, they simply ask you for the email that you are writing to them with. I might have lost 80 pounds but I hope u dont make the same mistake. Did i also mention that you dont even get a order confirmation?

Bought trousers, nothing like described too long and baggy.
Had to return to China at own expense but no refund forthcoming.
Didn't realise company was based in China and returns are handled through China.
Trousers cost £34 and £13 return postage so £47 out of pocket.

Ordered a performance trouser which did arrive a few weeks later but wrong size in terms of length and width. When contacted them, they said sizing is correct and I should refer to fine prints. Absolutely horrible quality trouser material and poorly stitched. Do not fall for their adverts. When I contacted them about refund, they said I have to send the trouser back to an address in Guangzhou

The trousers I ordered are unwearable. They’re tissue paper thin and the baggy style is laughable. They’re nothing like the photo in their advertisement. It’s expensive to return them and I doubt that I’d get a refund. Don’t even think about shopping with them.

Advertising is grossly misleading. I paid £71.00. for an extremely thin pair of trousers (X2) that were described as slim fit, stretch material hug fit. These trousers were the exact opposite of photos & description. Ive seen better in a cheapo market place for a Fiver (£5).

Didn’t get no tracking number to say if my order has gone out or not too many bad reviews

Goods that were sold were not authentic. Not even close. The company refused to pay the return shipping as they said it went through their quality control. What a joke. I implore anyone thinking of buying from thise website to go elsewhere.
What a disappointment

These are scammers! They will send you cheap rags from China made of 100% polyester (Giftnii advertise it as 100% cotton). You will not be able to return the product and receive a refund.

Avoid, I ordered 2 slim trousers but they were baggy and wrong inside leg. Hadn’t realised they were based in china at first but of course as the weeks passed by I checked here to see the reviews and realised my mistake. Luckily only £60.00 I’ve lost could have been worse but I guess the overall entertainment in trying to get a refund was maybe worth it. So a million excuses of how good they are and how everything is quality checked no refund whatsoever unless you pay to return them and of course they will never receive them anyway. Ps they have a three inch tolerance on measurements so my order for 30 inch inside leg arrived at 33 inches so within their tolerances. I will be more careful in future but please be aware I’ve given up hope now they just keep repeating the same crap and occasionally have an e mail failure so you have to start again.

Absolute rubbish. Terrible quality shirts. Wrong size. Sent back to China costing me £15 and company is not acknowledging receipt of goods. Avoid at all costs...

My opinion: this company is a complete scam. Product was completely not what I ordered and absolutely the poorest quality. I paid shipping to return at my own expense and still have not received a refund. Do not use this company in China.

The pants that arrived were not even close to the fit that I ordered. They were much too long and baggier than the slim fit that was advertised. Also, the fabric was flimsy and very poor quality. When I requested a refund, they refused to send me the address that I should return the item to and offered me $6 "compensation" instead, in clear breach of the refund policy on their website. This is a rip-off.
