Still annoyed I was barred for a year…
Still annoyed I was barred for a year but they have improved to be fair by actually acknowledging that notifications don't work so now ring to confirm gigs so nothing is missed

Very poor service
Very poor service , not even minimum wages , we as delivery drivers we want to work and provide our family and honest , and provide good service.
People’s don’t have manners staff from the pizza refusing to pay to delivery and being rude . Stay away from this

Overall it’s a good platform to get some work, however I must say there is lack of support for drivers from Gigable team. If your client is somehow not good with you or not paying you, Gigable doesn’t take responsibility, but I believe we work for Gigable and they should support drivers in every possible way.

The essence of Gigable is that freelancers on the platform have total control over when or if they want to work, and with what merchants they choose. That is why all freelancers are independent contractors and therefore each gig is performed directly with the merchant that the service is being provided to.

We have built the fastest possible payment system available, bearing in mind the merchant must first execute payment to you, and the normal checks and balances that must be carried out by banks beforehand. Don't suspend people for cancelling
Don't suspend people for cancelling 1 hour in advance. At least warn them if the cancel they will be suspended. No warning, Just suspended for 30 days what if I did not have a Job or any of the other app. How would I provide for my family?

its a very good platform and very helpfull staff there , they will happy to assist you any time, we can find drivers very easily only the problem is , driver can reject the gig anytime, its a very big problem
Gigable have to charge a fine from drivers for their unnecessary rejections.

Getting better
I’ve being using the platform for over a year now. There have been many improvements in that time in terms of the function and stability, still room for more improvements. It’s a growing company so this is to be expected. In terms of usage it does why it says on the tin, post gigs and get people applying for them.
