I was a bit skeptical about trying this shampoo, but discovered that it is wonderful. I am a strawberry blonde, but my natural color has faded with age. This shampoo brought out all sorts of red and golden tones in my hair and left my hair with a soft texture and shiny appearance. I’m very satisfied and plan to try the conditioner.

I purchased the shampoo, conditioner and mask. I always use clean and natural products without harmful chemicals/ preservatives. I have very long red hair and it's in good condition. I like the shampoo and it smells lovely. However it has no impact on the colour and does not enhance my red hair at all. Sadly the conditioner and mask are awful. They do not moisturise the hair. They don't absorb into the hair at all and they leave my hair feeling very dry, dehydrated and tangled even when I brush my hair before washing it. I've washed my hair a few times now and I've had to buy another brand of conditioning mask to get my hair back to its usual condition.

Thank you so much for these amazing products! My hair does not do well in humidity and usually just looks crazy and frizzy after a day at work. I have tried so many companies and eventually settled for one that specialized in curls. I had some results with them and was content. When I found Gingerful I was attracted to the simple ingredients and customer testimonials. I have been using Gingerful since April 2025 and am so happy with the difference in my hair. In just the first few weeks of use coworkers complimented me on how vibrant my hair got. I noticed how much smoother and full it started to look. I used to have to worry about putting in gel to try to keep my hair controlled every day. I was so excited when I was able to go out this summer with no gel and was not a victim of frizz and chaos! I am so grateful I found Gingerful! This really was a game changer for me.

I am 51 year young mom of two teens, and piano pedagogue who also happens to be a part of rarest hair group - gingers.
Being the rarest hair group has sometimes left me not loving my hair (how ridiculous that sounds rights now!), and I have put my beautiful auburnish red hair through perms, highlights and various colour shampoos. Add two pregnancies, daily life stressors, and menopause to the mix and my hair started loosing not just my signature red mane but life too. I wanted my childhood colour back. Your products came up after I did an extensive research on red hair. So, I made that click, and ordered your bundle.
After my first wash, I looked in the mirror and there she was; the red hair from my teens (before all the chemicals and torture I put my hair through). I saw ME. This is exactly who I was meant to be; an auburn ginger.

I have used hundreds of different shampoos in my life. Gingerful is the first to really bring out the red in my strawberry blond hair. It smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling clean and looking amazing.

I'm a natural redhead. I was using a different shampoo and conditioner at the time and felt I needed a change. Surprisingly, Gingerful showed up out of nowhere. I hadn't done a search yet for shampoo and conditioner. I clicked on it and was looking into purchasing it. Thought I'd try this product out. It's a great product. The smell is amazing. It leaves my hair feeling great. I'm in my 40's so my red hair has changed over time. Hopefully this product can help my hair.

I absolutely love these products! They not only have greatly enhanced my ginger tones, my hair and scalp have never been healthier!!! And my hair is growing fast!

as a natural red head i really appreciate a shampoo made especially for my colour .my hair was the colour of a new conker when i was young .now being over 70 it has faded as one would expect but gingerful makes it still look amazing .it has taken me a life time to appreciate their phrase "treat your hair as if it's rare" thankyou .

The initial order was delayed after paying for fast delivery, after receiving an email advising that the shampoo, conditioner, mask combo was out of stock. My order was received the following week with no refund of the increased postage for fast delivery.

Turning to the products, they smell lovely, but left my hair very tangly and dry, with no difference in the colour tone of my natural red hair. I passed the products onto my daughter who has long red hair, thinking it may be different for her and she found that the products left her hair dry and unmanageable. I would strongly recommend John Frieda red shampoo and conditioner for keeping the red tones of your hair, gingerful prodcts are much more expensive and leave your hair in a bad condition. I love that Gingerful is created for red heads and therefore considers the unique texture and needs of red hair. I find that the shampoo and conditioner help to make my hair shiny, more vibrant and nourished. I have being using Gingerful for over 2 years and I am very happy with it 🙂

I so love the gingerful shampoo conditoner and mask. I have the second Bottle. And my hair is so shiny and more red.. and the mask is sooo good my hair is so soft. Im a Huge Fan.

I'm kind of obsessed with the Gingerfuls hair products. I love the smell and how how my hair feels afterwards. I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for at least a year now and the deep conditioner ever since it came out. I'm hooked!

By far the best products for Red hair. Smells amazing and makes your hair so shiny and soft.

My natural red hair is starting to fade. I ordered the Gingerful starter set of shampoo, conditioner and hair mask. After one wash, I could tell a difference in the depth of my red tones. After two washes and using the hair mask, my hair is so shiny and soft. Been recommending this product a lot in the Real Redheads Only Facebook group.

Bought their shampoo, conditioner and mask to try and bring some more red glow into my hair. Although I didn’t see any colour difference over time, the shampoo works quite nice and all products smell great.
The conditioner however, separated its ingredients after 6 months and was not usable anymore. I contacted their customer service multiple times before hearing that there is an expiry date of 6 months on the bottle. I checked, and there is no such thing on either the bottle or the website…
Since these products are expensive to ship from England I would only do so if I can order more or use them over a longer period of time.
This customer service part made it unlikely for me to try again, and I’ll probably search for other silicone free shampoo somewhere else.
