I ordered some contact lenses from glam lenses. I was very impressed nicely packed, and the lenses itself looked so natural & we’re very comfortable! Also the customer service, is great very helpful :-) I would definitely recommend!

I don't know where to begin! I paid £64 for Solotica lenses, with express shipping. When it didn't arrive I contacted them, they first said that my order had been shipped using a different courier to Royal Mail, than 2 day later the "Director" told me that he was attaching a picture of Royal Mail first class reciept that my order had been shipped, which he never attached and called me "rude" for stating the obvious contradiction and telling him I would be taking legal action, clearly low intellignece levels running a scam from his living room. Despite giving them the option to refund me he has refused to do so, and now I will be asking my bank to investigate this as fraud, have contacted Retail Regulating Agency, will be reporting this as fraud to ActionFraud, as well as taking this to Small Claims court, and will ask my lawyer to look into prosecuting the "Director" who is a rather emotionally sensitive amateur scammer and personally answers communications with a disconnected mobile number as a Customer Service line, that should tell you everything.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY HAVE CLOSED DOWN AND ARE STILL TAKING MONEY, FRAUD COMPANY PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM. I HAVE REORTED THEM SO THE WEBSITE CLOSES DOWN!!!!

I used to be a loyal customer to glam lenses as they were U.K. based and stocked solotica lenses. They used to be great however now have gone down hill, I purchased lenses and bought next day delivery ( costed me £10 extra ) and I hadn’t even received my lenses within the week I bought it. I then emailed glam lenses, threatening saying how I will have to involve the bank for a scam and then magically an hour after my lenses got shipped. The sad part is, is that I know some people that have ordered lenses from here and haven’t even received their packages. Just save yourself the trouble and find another lens distributor.

Would give no stars if I could placed an order 11th December. Money was taken from my account and I was then emailed after to be told they didn’t have colour in stock and would contact me when they did after me contacting various email addresses and Instagram have heard nothing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM DODGY SCAM SITE DISGUSTING TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GIVE YOU THE PRODUCT WHICH YOU HAVE PAID FOR!!!
