Good customer service , fast shipping !

I ordered the Black label 360 lacefront wig in natural boho on Friday evening and I received it today. Very fast shipping and I absolutely love this unit. Great length as well as the feel. This unit is super soft. Well worth every penny ladies!!!!

BUYER Beware....KEEP YOUR MONEY. ORDER FROM Hair Sisters... I Ordered 5 wigs returned 3 only Refunded me for 2 claiming I destroyed one ponytail....I didn't even order a ponytail. ..They are fraudsters. They want you to fight and argue with them...Wigs ARE HORRIBLE!!!!

I ordered from glamourtress three or four times I was happy and so on my last order I received June 15th 2019. Three sets of extensions for advertised verbatim as human hair weave. All three were synthetic. Baby funded me for the hair refused to refund me for the shipping for the hair does that make sense? I ordered recently before that some wigs described human hair & 2 front lace closures. Both were supposed to be 16 and they were not they were supposed to be human one human one blend they were not the wig you can see through the hair and see the wefts on the wick everything was sold as final sale so I was told too bad too sad suck it up. The customer service is absolutely horrible I sent an email then they called my home to try to tell me that here was not advertisers He-Man I said verbatim there's three words human hair wig they haven't changed the description it's still on there today. Who calls your home to tell you your wrong WHEN THEY GAVE REFUND FOR HAIR & ADMITED IT WAS FALSE ADVERTISING? They refused to give me the shipping I would have never ordered the hair if I would have known I was being defrauded out of my money. I'll show you pictures of the whip the fake hair and the Jeep closures that are supposed to be one human one synthetic and both 16 in. Then I was told written and email and called at my home to tell me I was wrong after they had already given me my refund they didn't agree with my refund? Customer service borders on criminal harassment in their products if said advertised as Final sell it can give you garbage and you're stuck with it because it says final sale. I will never order from them again but I will call the police if they call my home again.

I really like a wig on the site and the price. After, I read the reviews, I decided NOT to buy and spend the extra money on a more reliable company.

I have never ordered from your company l always order from Samsbeauty some of your reveiws some are simply awful.l want very much to order from you but being on a fixed income l don't have money to throw away. Make me believe that your company can be trusted.

PLACED AN ORDER ON 12/30/2018 , AFTER ALMOST 2MONTHS OF NOTHING , ON 2/13/2019 , I EMAILED THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY , AND I WAS TOLD MY TRANSACTION ID DOES NOT MATCH MY ORDER , I COPIED EXACTLY MY TRANSACTION FROM PAYPAL , TO THEM , I NEVER HEARD BACK , TODAY 02/21/2019 , I WROTE TO THEM ASKING FOR EITHER A REFUND OR AN UPDATE OR I WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT UP WITH PAYPAL . HERE IS THE REPLY I GOT FROM GLAMOUR TRESS "Sorry for any delay, you can do what you please; unfortunately, as we looked at your tracking, it says it was delivered. We understand if you have to go through PayPal". BEWARE OF THIS SITE IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR MONEY TO DISAPPEAR .

I made the order in the morning, the site mentions that it will ship the same day. They email me at 6:30 to give me the shipping info. 5 mins later they email me saying the order is on hold. Because the shipping and billing address don't match. Yet everything matches. I screen shot them the original order email they emailed me . The card was in my name and the billing and shipping had my name as well. I find it highly unacceptable to inconvenience someone like that. Why half look at things and why even send me a tracking email to turn around to send me a hold email.

Glamourtress has great service in terms of shipping. Most times my orders arrive in two days. However, if you aren't happy with an item, they will not let you return it unless it is in new condition. You are just stuck with it and out of the money. If you are able to return it, you have to pay the shipping and handling. Their return policy is very poor and I would rather buy from Amazon any day. They are very happy to refund your money if you aren't satisfied.

I ordered a ponytail from GlamourTress. The ponytail I received did not match the picture on the site. GlamourTress said I could return it BUT I had to pay for shipping. I sent a picture of what was posted on their website and what ponytail I received. The company does not work on integrity. Make a purchase at your own risk. Terrible experience. I will NOT make another purchase from this site

Ordered crochet hair or cake in good time but looked nothing like the pack tried to put it in and it was horrific tried to get a refun sent a picture of it they told me they cant refund because I took it out the pack like that was a waste of money period smh

Looks like I should have read the reviews from people who shopped online here. It's all true! They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ever answer their phones, it automatically goes to voicemail and an e-mail will be better. That right there should have been a red flag. How can any REAL business have such a half-assed customer service department.
I sent an e-mail not even 30 minutes after I purchased because I regretted my decision and wanted to cancel my order. There is no way my order was even processed at that time. I got an e-mail back the SAME day stating that my order had been forwarded to be cancelled and that a full refund was processing. That was on a wednesday. That Monday I e-mail to check on the status of my refund. Same schpeel* "5-7 business days depending on how long your bank takes to process" MEANING that I should have be refunded by TODAY. I called my bank when I didnt see the refund in my account and they didn't even get a refund to process from Glamourtress. Glamourtress NEVER sent my refund back and probably never even cancelled my order.
THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE Glamourtress.
ESPECIALLY because You CONFIRMED my order would be CANCELLED and my money would be REFUNDED.

I am completely dissatisfied and urge y'all not to even waste your time on shopping on this site. Lightinthebox, elevatestyles, hairsofly, wowafrican, rosegal, rosewholesale are all more customer friendly. HELL, shop at Wish or Amazon before you waste your time on here.

I am completely unsatisfied with the customer service. Which is a bummer because they have good deals and a good selection of products. But the quality of the customer service was a dealbreaker. If you don't value me, my time or money....then why am I giving it to you?

The worest online shopping experience in my life. I made a very large order for my grandma, mother and myself. We had almost a $500 order to have the worest customer service. I had to call over 47 times for someone to answer the phone. Then had a manager accused me of fraud and continue to yell at me over the phone. He won't let me talk! After his unprofessional remarks I asked to speak to his manager we're he decided to hang up on me. I worked customer service for 5 years and never encountered should a rude company. I would not EVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY!!

They don’t ever answer their phones or emails!! Days before my package was shipped I requested that the address to be changed because it was wrong and nothing. They sent it to the same address and I have no idea where it is. Whatever they use to track packages and edit orders suck!
