Glasgow Bed Centre Reviews

Bought multiple beds and mattresses from this company. Every time they have been able to provide excellent goods and services.

We did have an issue with one of the footboards being marked during transit, however, they immediately offered to replace it and couldn't have been more helpful.

In furtherance to my previous review, I was emailed by the manager and informed my money would be returned on 19/12. He has now ignored 2 emails demanding my money be returned, I still await this. This company are not trustworthy if something goes wrong. Failed deliveries, poor communication and broken promises regarding refunds. Avoid at all costs.

The bed was more affordable than I could find elsewhere and is good quality. They could deliver the same week. This was a big plus as some other companies couldn't deliver until next month. Customer service was great too. I am glad I used this local company and would recommend to others.

Very good and good price also will be back in future

They boys at the shop really great friendly
And great service

I hit four stars but should actually be 5 stars there was a little confusion about bed size. I ordered,
but once I contacted them they were fantastic. can only say customer service was A1
Will be back if I need any more beds

Great experience all around. Very good value and no issue what so ever during the delivery and installation, will be using them again.

Never got the bed although was promised delivery twice. So in the end I asked for a refund

There was a hold up in us receiving bed but we were kept informed so no problem
Very pleased with bed and a wonderful price. My granddaughter can’t wait for her ‘sleepover ‘ with us !!!

Happy with our Mattress.
I would certainly recommend to anyone.
Thank you very much.

I often have family over to stay and felt bad that I didn't have room and had to use an airbed for them.the guest fold up bed I bought is great.mattress is rather thin (which I expected) but with an additional mattress topper is ideal and have no problem storing it away.is lightweight and would highly recommend it

I have bought two beds from this company and couldn’t be happier!! I usually struggle but have had the best night’s sleep since using my stockholm bed and comfort 500 mattress. Would recommend to anyone.

Great service . Kept informed . Bed great value for spare bedroom.

Very quick delivery and good customer service.

Can't fault this company for value and service. Well impressed!
