Sent identical (cheap) watches for two separate orders. They did a PayPal Refund for one order. Still trying after get refund months for emailing them. I’m reporting them more formally now.

I fell for the icemaker and received a rubbish watch that is only fit for the bin , i am currently trying to get a refund through paypal , they offered 40% money back no way i am excepting that, they also said that i can send the watch back but with all the covid problems there will be a big delay before they receive it, nothing but a total rip off scamming bunch.

This is a pure scam. My girlfriend ordered and icemaker in early November and, guess what? She received a £1 awful Chinese watch after multiple complaints to them where they used every delaying tactic in the book. PayPal were involved in the end and she got her money back (3 months after paying) - but how much are these thieves making from this? How the hell are they able to carry on scamming after we have rumbled them? Just seems incredible to me.

I ordered an ice making machine back in November and like many others received a cheap nasty watch instead! Contacted them to request a refund to be told they were deeply sorry and could offer me a 40% refund and keep the watch alternatively I could pay to return the watch and would be issued a full refund on its return!!! Just raised a dispute with PayPal has anyone had any luck with getting their money back?

This company is a fraud run by lia nung company house no 11302198 a 29 years old Chinese, ordered item over £50.00 received a cheap £5.00 watch DO NOT ORDER ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY-

Bought a pair of light up boy sneakers and they never hooked up the wires for the lights. They were sticking out from the insole.

Attempted to purchase 2 organizational carts but received 2 cheap male watches. $39.96. Emailed company directly as they requested. The offer is to keep the watches and they will provide a partial refund. I said NO THANK YOU. Payment through PayPal, I opened a case against Bonay Limited. I declined the offer to allow them to keep my money and not send what I ordered.

Update: Bonay Limited will refund my money, once they receive the watches (valued @ $3). PayPal will refund $30 of shipping charges to CHINA that must include tracking. Will update once this process plays out.

Complete & total scammer. Ordered laptop desk & got a cheap watch. Facebook does nothing to keep these sites out if marketplace so I'd be cautious buying anything advertised on Facebook.

DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THESE SCAMMERS,ordered a steam cleaner early december after many emails and them saying my item had been lost and would send a replacement ive just recieved a toothbrush. trying to get a refund but after reading other reviews i dont think its going to happen....

I to ordered an Ice maker back in early December as a Christmas gift for my son. Today I received a watch instead of that ice machine. While I was trying to figure out where my package was and why it was taking so long I stumbled across this page. I then sent them an email telling them I better not be being scammed and I damn sure better not be getting a watch. Sure enough...I did get a watch. I wish I had seen this sight before I had ordered from this company. I even sent them screen shots of what I ordered. Pffff

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. I too ordered an Ice Machine on 14th Nov and have been given 4 different tracking numbers. 17 emails and Paypal dispute raised. Still no refund.

I ordered 1 golf stick..sent 2 emails inquiring tracking number and delivery. Had to contact PayPal. Filed complaint. Received package..not golf stick but 1 very cheap watches. Company is not responding. Paypal is no help. Just thieves!!!!

Ordered 2 kitchen racks from Bonay.limited and within 3 or 4 days was told has processed for shipping and they were paid but I never received items even though they said they were received. I am just wanting my refund of 39.95.

I too have fallen for this scam. I ordered two ice-machines in November as I thought it was an American company. I’ve never received them despite several emails. The ad came up on Facebook. They really do need to stop these scams getting through. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

It seems that I've been had! Ordered 2 kitchen folding trolleys. Got 2 toothbrushes instead. Emailed them got this response:
