Global Woman is a very interactive Club with a great energy and buzz. Fantastic for building your visibility and worldwide connections.

However, like with everything you have to be proactive and take responsibility for your success.

GW Club could improve by more transparency of payments /events fees as well as overall better organisation without last minute changes.

Wow, I cannot speak highly of Mirela and Global Woman. Mirela is a beacon of inspiration as are so many women that are present in this club. I’m fascinated by the project ! It’s an amazing place to be part of if you are female entrepreneur who are looking for expanding your business and become more visible. I have been participating in the Global Woman Club, and more recently with Global Man Club, for about 1 year. Mirela has curated a group of women, and men, across the world that are such an inspiration to be around. Her mission to empower women to find their voice and get their confidence back is truly remarkable.

The network of women, and men, includes CEOs, Investors, Wealth Management, Personal and Business Leaders, Media Personalities, Writers, and many more that I can't fully describe here. Personally, I am a CEO and have been in C-Level positions in technology during my 35 year career.

I joined Global Woman in September 2023 after hearing Mirela speak at a women’s empowerment event in Mayfair -London.
She then invited me to attend their next in person network meeting in London - so I did, and am so glad that I did as I joined there and then . Coming from a finance background that is a very rare thing for me to do. I usually analyse, review , compare and do all the things that finance directors do. But the energy and vibe at the event was too electric to ignore.
Global Woman is like no other networking club . If you are looking for growth, full inspiration from amazing world class speakers, networking at all levels, inclusion, and the best learning to grow your business and your person -then this is the club for you.
Global Woman gives you the space and guidance to bring your best self to the table, speak and promote your business so you can get good at growing your business outside the club as well, and not only sell internally to the network, plus many opportunities to network freely. There are no restrictions such as we already have 2 lawyers and a photographer therefore you can’t speak today! Because GW recognises that each individual and each business is unique.
As an entrepreneur, I find the club very inspirational and supportive and this helps me grow my business and my network, which is what I am looking for.

Global Woman Review

Before I joined Global Woman last year in Nov 2022, I remember that by December I was already a member. I have only heard about it from the previous job I was doing in another Club, I strongly observed a pattern of people leaving the Global Woman club and coming to our club because they kept paying and were not happy as they were not seeing the benefits of what the club was bringing. I did not want to believe all the rumours and I wanted to experience it myself before I gave my judgment. I first started working with Mirela for the Global Woman Conference which was in Feb 2023 and my working alongside that paid for my membership as I was not working back then. The conference was a full disaster I remember writing a list of things that could be improved for the next one which Mirela said she would listen to; I spent time and energy drafting all comments from the event that were gathered to help her improve the quality of business as I have previously done the same with high profile club where I needed to deliver good business and happy clients. To say the least people were completing about high price tickets and no food being delivered to the masses and only food for VIP tickets I remember many other things that went wrong as well which I shared with her after the event and to say the least she did not want to listen, constructive criticism is not something that was well accepted and I felt shocked as I knew that in order to deliver a great business you need to listen. After that I only joined the events as a guest but not wored for the business on the other side. Everytime I would attend an event I would convince myself that it will be worthed and everything will be well only to be disappointed again. I invited 2 of my dear friends to one of the events hosted in St. Paul and I regretted it to this day. My friend wanted me to introduce him to Mirela as he has a business proposition for her to work together the whole day Mirela was avoiding us and the only time she stopped to listen to our table was not to genuinely find out about business opportunities but to sell to them and convince them of becoming a members and on top of that lied infront of them and put me on a spot that I as a member of the community get all her time which in reality was not true. Many others left the event after her pitch about the membership club, as people were conbinced to join prior her speech but after that they thought she ruined it, I tried to reason with her and convince the other directors to stop pitching to my friends to join and to leave us to enjoy the event. The thirst for constant sales and becoming members looked like a scam as people were told to fill their details on a piece of paper with all their details of bank and name which a person could easily take a photo of and abuse if they wished to as there were no privacy or protection of peoples data. The websites used to collect my friends emails when they voted for me to get an award on the summit in July was also not secured and easily the data could have been stolen. At the global man’s launch, I felt not like women helping women but more like women hating women I felt like we were good to join the club but not good enough to speak with the speakers that are the stars of the show. I was pushed away when trying to approach one of the speakers and that was the cherry on top for me. The club is running under false pretenses that is helping women, but in reality, is milking women for more money and the what’s up group is heavily restricted I tried posting health related stuff to inform the community multiple times that was deleted on top of this my event that I created specifically to inform women about Mind Gym was also deleted and I was told to delete the post and contact Angela, after that Angela came back to me saying because you are not a VIP member you will not be able to create a free webinar with Mirela on Wed , which is complete B.S because some of the people she invites to speak on Wed of free event are not event members to begin with so where is the help for the members to get exposure? Nowhere? Of course, unless you pay more. The whole atmosphere is toxic, the only good thing that happened is making some good connections with fellow members who also feel the same way but will probably never voice it. No hospitality, or coldness at the events. Due to certain behaviors that did not align with myself, I left in Nov 2023.

Pros: I have made good friends, and have not been lied to with money did not have that experience

Global women is a safe space for women of every demographic to be supported in their journey of growth and professional development.

There is always some new activity to stimulate thinking and the experts featured in masterclasses are world class.

Mirela is a gifted heart heart-centred leader who completely removed elitism from her mannerisms. Her work ethic is breathtaking, and she takes time to connect with her global audience in an authentic way that makes you feel seen, heard and valued

I have been a member of Global Woman for a year and a half and I love it! I love how supportive everyone is, and Mirela is extremely giving. She truly wants all women to succeed and does everything she can to make this happen. I have been to the Summit, which was amazing with guests like Deepak Chopra and took part in "Launch your Business and take it Global!", which has been really helpful. We have a group with other participants and we help and support each other, which I think is priceless. Thank you Mirela for creating such a wonderful platform.

I attended the Global Woman Summit in July purely to see Deepak Chopra in person. Little did I know that Mirela I would gorge such an amazing connection with Mirela. I’ve recently attended her 3 day business event and thoroughly enjoyed it and have met many other wonderful women entrepreneurs as a result. Global Woman has been a huge influence on my career. From the first meeting I attended some 6 years ago to the last summit in July. It’s a great place where I was able to speak about my fears, my ambitions the journey and now my success. GW run with huge experience and kindness by its leader Mirela held my hand through it all. The community and the spirit is so supportive and the atmosphere one of encouragement and celebration. No one is bigger or better. I attended the London Summit in July 2023.
Great opportunity to connect and network with it had some good content - especially Deepak Chopra.
Great energy which perhaps is why things overran quite a bit. So I recommend being all in for the three days opposed to trying to dip in and out for sessions.
Overall high energy with learning and networking opportunities.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING for any female entrepreneur that really wants to take action and turn their existing or new business idea into reality with real tangible steps to achieve success. This is taught in a group session but you actually felt as if it was on a one to one basis. This is pure quality and only for Founders who really want to take their business to the next level and beyond. Highly recommended!!!
