Abbie is always available, quick to respond to my concerns and questions and is always positive and encouraging!

Abbie has been so incredibly helpful with all of our Glofox needs! She is always quick to respond to our emails and is a pleasure to speak with during our zoom meetings. She knows the system very well and can usually answer all of our questions right away. If there’s ever anything that she’s not 100% certain about, Abbie goes the extra mile by researching the topic and getting back to us in a timely fashion.

I signed up to glofox as I was promised it was better than minbody.

It has been worse. The customer service stopped as soon as the sign up process was over and was impossible to get help if I needed it.

The only other time I was given good customer service was when I emailed to cancel my account and they hassled me to not cancel, acting as they cared about my business all of a sudden.

I'm now being charged a $700 fee to export my clients details.

100% do NOT recommend.

Theresa Campbell and the rest of the Glofox team are friendly, professional and very helpful every time when I reach out to them. They are not just dealing with big, commercial gyms but also look after small local fitness studios like us. We've been with Glofox since we started the business, our members are also happy with the member APP. The APP is easy to use for members to book or cancel. So far our members have positive reviews about the Glofox member App.

The app and the configuration is more than easy and the features are awesome.

Desde el principio detecté fallos (en el back end, en los correos que genera automáticamente, errores de traducción) de los que informo de forma habitual pues siguen surgiendo. No obstante, la velocidad de resolución de los mismos es ridícula.
También tienen fallos graves de integración con otras plataformas (classpass, gympass) que incluso me ha llevado a perder reservas.
No he probado ninguna otra herramienta, pero esta no la recomiendo.

Onboarding team and presales team are both great, there are some quirks with the software itself that take a little getting adjusted to, but by and large it's a smooth experience

Abbie has been the MOST helpful. She goes above and beyond and was such a help in launching our second studio!

Abbie Feibush has truly made the GloFox experience real for me and my team. She has gone above and beyond in every regard! So I moved over to Glofox in November 2022 as they had a good reporting backend. Unfortunately my experience since has not been good. I discovered a membership "glitch" in December where people were being double credited classes. It has now been over 3 weeks since I reported this issue and it's happened again with this month. When I rang I was told that the issue is just with my studio and the engineers haven't looked at it yet and they couldn't give me any timeline other than they would add my call to the thread. I'm really unimpressed with the level of response on this matter. If you don't need good back end reporting I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere - ClassFit had a great customer support response.

Deborah was amazing! She made the switch/migration from mindbody to glofox stress-free and easy to follow. This kind of customer service is why we switched over!

The sales rep was very personable and knowledgeable. The onboarding manager was great and very helpful as well. It's been a very simple onboarding process. My biggest roadblock has been getting the legal forms set up from scratch as I am opening a new gym for the first time. The website integration process was a lot easier than I expected despite having to comply restructure my website.

Customer service is exceptional and easy. I was considering other software companies, but one factor that helped me go with Glofox was the quick response time and helpful customer service, especially Theresa!

Glofox seem to hire absolute heros. Cillian Murphy and Matthew Fogarty are EXCELLENT they are real people and always happy to help it makes the experience of a fantastic piece of software even better. Glofox are always developing and always moving forwards with the times!
