I thought Andrew was very helpful and answered my email always answered my emails

We were kept as update the whole time, they was dealing with are complex case, nothing was ever a problem & always answered are phone or email question.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs probate & wills dealing with.

I was introduced to the firm about 7 years ago and have consulted them occasionally since then. I have found the solicitors to be accessible, responsive, helpful and proficient. The directors, Andrew and Omiros are approachable and I’ve benefitted from their sound advice on different opinions.
Each time I approached them for quick advice on behalf of clients, I received it promptly and accurately at no cost. Chrysso and Luke have also been very helpful.

My case was difficult because it was one against the police. I pitched my situation to various different law forms and none of them were prepared to take it on. It got to the point when I questioned my own victimhood. I eventually found GN Law who lent me a compassionate ear and were prepared to take my case. Through their hard work and perseverance they got the police to agree on a settlement figure and although they were delaying payment even after agreement, GN Law were always chasing them up to ensure they comply. I have now received my settlement figure and I am pleased.

The thought of dealing with my father's estate in the UK from aboard made me nervous. Through a search on Google I came across GN Law.
Right away they made me feel comfortable. They listened and acted promptly. They replied to my queries and concerns on a daily basis. I never had to sent reminders and or make calls. The person I was dealing with was Andew Guile. He was understanding and extremely professional.

About 4 years ago i was assaulted by an unknown person. The police and ambulance attended and I was taken to hospital. I was continuously questioned by the attending policemen about the identity of the attacker, even though I had repeatedly described the assailent to them, the two policemen repeatedly asked me to repeat my given description of the person who had attacked me, as though they didn't believe me. After leaving the hospital, the officers asked me to make a statement. As we were going to the police station, (to cut a long story short), I was accused of assaulting one of the officers. This was a false allegation, yet, I was charged. I pleaded NOT GUILTY and subsequently was found NOT GUILTY in court.
It took me one year to pluck up the courage to file a Litigation action against the Police.
GN Law took up my case. At first, I met Andrew Guile, who treated me with the utmost compassion, respect and belief. He assured me that he and he's team of specialist lawyers would do their utmost to help me, he also made me feel at ease. I then met Tatiana, one of GN Laws specialist solicitors. This wonderful lady aquired Legal Aid for me and worked tirelessly for justice. Tatiana then passed my case forward to Fran Gladwin who also worked tirelessly and compassionately for the next two years of my case.
Just recently, the police awarded me an out of court settlement.
I couldn't have asked for better lawyers than GN LAW. I was regularly updated on the progress of my case and I must say, I was made to feel that come what may, I would be informed of all my options and the possible outcomes and that nothing would be left to chance, they are SO professional!
I couldn't recommend GN LAW enough. Such a fabulous, straight talking team of individuals in their own special fields.

I used GN Law to handle my divorce after a lot of research. After my initial call to Claudette during lockdown 1, my divorce had now reached conclusion in lockdown 3. Claudette has dealt with the whole process within around 8 months, despite a pandemic! I was quoted and charged a fixed fee so there has been no unknown charges which is important in the current climate. As a keyworker, it's been difficult to find mutually convenient time to phone during business hours but Claudette has been fine with me sending a quick email which she has always responded to. They have a lot of information on their website which has removed the need for me to ask certain questions. I'm delighted that the right people dealt with it, and wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Not very helpful as they didn't call me back to inform me about taking on my case and I was left waiting when I could have been contacting other solicitors. I called them in the end, only to be told they were too busy to deal with it. That is not very professional as they should inform you either way. Also, he hung up on me mid sentence which is extremely rude.
