A good outcome after an initial challenge
After a challenging and stressful experience with the Credit Control team relating to a payment which was made but not allocated properly/promptly my faith was restored when the issue was escalated to the Assistant Director who was professional, sensible, polite and reassuring. This led to the issue being resolved. A good outcome.
