My ac broke down within one month of purchase.
Company and service people are unresponsive to my complaint.
They register a complain and closes the complain after 2 days without attending the call.This have happened thrice.
Service provider are yet to attend.
Worse service.

Extremely disappointed with this Godrej Air Conditioner and, more importantly, the pathetic after-sales service experience. Purchasing this AC has genuinely turned into a frustrating and exhausting experience.

The product started facing issues, and despite repeatedly contacting customer support, absolutely no effective resolution was provided. Multiple complaints were either ignored or automatically closed without any service visit. Customer care executives only give scripted assurances with zero actual action on the ground.

I was repeatedly promised urgent escalation, resolution within hours, and callbacks from senior representatives — none of which ever happened. Even the local service provider contact shared by the company stopped responding completely after initially assuring assistance.

The worst part is not just the faulty service, but the complete lack of accountability and professionalism. One keeps waiting endlessly while the company keeps giving false assurances. It genuinely feels like customers are left helpless after the purchase is made.

Would strongly advise buyers to think multiple times before purchasing this AC if after-sales service and customer support matter to you. A product is only as good as the support behind it, and unfortunately this has been the most disappointing customer service experiences I have faced.

Violation of TRUTH and TRUST.
1.VKS Electronics ,Auth. Godrej Service Centre located at Tirunelveli, charged Rs.450 /- for a mere VISUAL INSPECTION of the concerned Godrej Refrigerator + SERVICE CHARGES ,paid in advance, valid for 30 days !!??
2.Quotation for Rs,5500 / - presented on January 6th ,'25 , recommended for MAJOR TESTS, rejecting initial tests of the minor components, electric circuit etc.
3.The Proprietor of the concerned centre recommended for seeking a second opinion from an Electrician ,but later refused to share the resistance value of the components of the concerned Fridge+ USER MANUAL,that has raised serious doubts about the Quotation itself.
4.Calls & mails,made & sent to godrej customer care were of no use!!??
***Trust kept in godrej being shaken , the concerned Fridge lies IDLE,waiting for JUSTICE & fair and prompt response.

Guys never purchase any product from Godrej, I've purchased Refrigerator 2 months ago and now I'm facing cooling issue, raised 3 service request but nobody visited my house. I will start posting reel on Instagram regarding Godrej worst customer service & considering to file a legal suit against company for worst service.

after buving the new achit was delivered defective andhad no refrigerant gas in it. after complainine aboutlit again collansed after running for few davs and this issue has been persistent since iremember

I purchased a Godrej & Boyce refrigerator expecting a new item, but it arrived damaged. Instead of replacing it as they should have, they sent a repair team. This indirect approach felt like they were trying to pass off a refurbished unit as new. The repair team was inefficient and took weeks to make futile attempts at fixing the issue. Their customer support was equally disappointing, showing no urgency or concern. It's frustrating to see a brand sidestep their responsibility like this. It's clear they prioritize cutting corners over customer satisfaction. Beware of this misleading and unreliable brand if you value quality and honesty in your purchases.
