Terrible service donot buy from them it cost me 20.00 to return my items and then they would not let me exchange a item at the sales price shown never shop with them bad csr

Gojane seemed great to get cheaper edgy unique shoes, but their hidden policies and fees are unprofessional and misleading at best. I had two large orders with gojane, each $400 totalling $800 so this isn't just a review for a tiny one time purchase. Btw, you can only either use the discount code (advertised as a sale) OR free shipping. Not both.....annoying.... Luckily the first order everything fit. The next one, every single shoe was at least half a size too big. I went through the hassle shipping it back to them, thought it was worth it since it said on the site they cover shipping if it's an exchange. Nope. Had to pay $30 in shipping it back. I got a tracking number and tracked right when they received it. And when they received it they said I owed $200+ more for the exchange and I did very careful calculations and stated this was incorrect. They proceeded to tell me that even for same item diff size exchanges they won't process it with the original cost (in this case purchased at 50% off) and instead only can process it as FULL PRICE. Ridiculous! No where on their site does it say this is a policy. I even got confirmation from another representative, BEFORE I sent it out that this would be an even exchange no extra charge. And even then they still charged me the full amount! I'm still dealing with them and it's end of Jan 2019 and this began Nov 9! Do yourself a favor and order the same shoe somewhere else more known and better free return policy (I exchanged since they said that was free but it ISN'T) like boohoo. I originally ordered from Gojane since I saw they had the same boots that were sold out at DollsKill. Super regretting.

I use to love GoJane. It was one of my top online stores that I checked everyday and ordered frequently. Now its different. Not as many promos for shipping, prices have gone up, when they use to be competitive. Shipping is super expensive now and when you try to return items, the shipping back to California, was like $12 for a two piece because of it's size when the whole outfit was $20. I literally just want to buy elsewhere, seems to much of a risk. Like you'll be out some money if it doesn't fit because it cost nearly as much to return. It changed so much.

Shipping to Canada is a joke... it been over 4 weeks and I have still haven't got my package.
The customer service is HORRIBLE - and does not help.
Definitely not worth your time, or money. I would never order from them again.
And they better give me a full refund of 400 I WASTED.

I like this online company. The shipping is a little bit expensive but it's worth it.

Please do not order from them! The clothes don’t fit and I returned all my items and never received my refund! They argued with me saying they never received it even though the tracking says otherwise. I lost over a hundred dollars ordering from them.. Stay away!!

The shipping cost is way too expensive; it cost more to return an item than some of the items purchased. The quality is durable, but it’s not worth losing out on money to ship an item back.

I have shoes from this website for more than 3 times in the past years. The only thing my feet are kinda wide, so some of the sizes in shoes does not fit correctly but that has only been one time with that happening other than that I love GoJane.com I will keep buying as long as I can.

It does not seem like they try to help you / or want to help you. If you ask them a question, then they respond in a very confusing way. They don't fully give you an answer you can actually use. I have waited SO long for my dilevery and still it hasn't arrived. Gojane's customer service doesn't help me find out with Post Office my package is being held at, nor give me any information where I can check it...

Go Jane never answers the phone when you need to correct an order ASAP. Go Jane sends a generic email and doesn’t answer your questions or help with the problem. Go Jane had a glitch in the system n didn’t credit my free shipping I will not be a return customer

I was so excited to find pink suede boots ($55) in my size at GoJane. After I put them in my cart, I continued to shop and found a very nice skirt ($15); the total for both was $70 so I applied the code for free shipping. The total came to $81, huh? I must have done something wrong. I emptied my cart and did it again. This time the total came to $90. I decided to wait until the next day, maybe my laptop was bunkers. Yesterday I spent all day trying to buy the boots and skirt and the total never came out to $70. Tried calling the 800-number but a machine came on and said there was no one there. No problem, I will try today. Emptied the cart and put the boots and skirt back in it. Yay, it said $70 until I put in the visa information; now it's $81 again. With free shipping and no tax, I can't see where the extra money is coming from. Tried to call -- no answer. One more time; emptied the cart and refilled it again, now the total is $90 again. That's it for me. I won't try this site again. I'm so disappointed.

I was very excited to hear about a sale on shoes! They have a lot of great options that are super trendy and affordable. I don’t particularly like spending tons of money on something that will only be worn a couple time so I was excited to get some great going out shoes. I filled my cart until I qualified for free shipping - only to find out that in order to qualify you had to waive the sale price. I don’t find this to be good business. Shipping for 5+ pairs of shoes isn’t cheap!! And even if I only went with one pair and got the sale price the shipping came out to more than half of what I’d pay. In the end I didn’t find it worth it and believe GoJane should rethink its policy.

Cute clothing and shoes, no complaints except for the shipping which is a bit expensive. Other than that I love their selections!

Shoes seems to be narrow to the front however everything else is fine. Might have to return them.😡

A pair of my shoes was sent 2 sizes to big and you expect me to pay for shipping. That's poor customer service
