Very friendly and helpful service

I love Gold Arts! I have been bringing my jewellery repairs for a couple of years now, and they are consistently as expert as they are friendly. Gold Arts has fixed everything from a complicated setting in my engagement ring to a broken jump ring on a chain. Thank you!

I had a lot of jewellery from deceased relatives that was just going to sit in a drawer (I kept the items that were more sentimental in value). Gold Arts was recommended to me, so I headed there first. I was greeted with such a lovely, warm welcome, a professional approach, and very knowledgeable. Every piece of jewellery was checked and given an explanation of the type of gold, some pieces needed more investigation, which was done there and then with success. I was given advice on other items I had as well, which was really helpful. I was given a price which I was very pleased with, and because of the service, professionalism, and price offered, I was more than happy to go ahead in selling the items. I actually never felt the need to go to another jeweller because of my positive experience. Selling family items after bereavement could be a daunting experience, but I felt the whole process stress free, relaxing, and caring. There were two staff working whilst I was inside the shop, and both were so lovely, friendly, and kind. I would highly recommend Gold Arts if you are looking to sell jewellery. I found the exact thing I was looking for and was sent in record time

I was looking for advice on whether a diamond solitaire ring could be repurposed into a necklace. The staff were extremely warm and attentive, and Katy took her time to find out prices and options for me to choose from. Katy was so patient and even selected some of their pieces for me to try, to see if I liked the style and settings.
I returned to the shop today to pick up the finished item, and I am so delighted by the craftsmanship and care that Matt had taken in setting the diamond. Also, with the enjoyment shared by Katy, in my gratitude and delight at the beautiful finish to my necklace. I will definitely be recommending the store to my friends and will be back myself, even if just to look at the beautiful things for sale.

Another really good experience with Gold Arts in Brighton. I received excellent customer service from Emma as usual. My watch repair is perfect and the cost was a very fair price indeed.

I was so very impressed with the genuine reception I got. Michelle the manager couldn’t have done more to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Not only did they replace the battery Tim cleaned the whole watch! Elia was so attentive and made the process perfect. I would encourage anyone to use them . Thanks again ! Ps à bit late I know !

Fantastic service from both Michelle and Elia, yesterday. Got a great price for a bracelet sat gathering dust in a drawer AND great purchase price on a beautiful necklace. So pleased that we ended up leaving a couple of repairs with them, too.

We found a watch that was exactly what we we're after as a significant birthday present, 60th! We live in the East Midlands so everything was done over the phone which is never convenient when its an expensive purchase and often based on seeing/touching something expensive. We spoke with Louise who was fantastic she explained purchase process, postage and returns if needed. Everything went to plan, brilliant experience, Louise was available when needed for return calls, superb buying experience and would do so again.

Olly was knowledgeable, friendly and approachable when we visited last week. Have previously done my research on an heirloom gold jewellery brooch/pin, and knew what to expect, I was pleased with his offer to purchase and accepted! Thank you.

Very happy with the service from Gold Arts. Not only during the purchase of two wedding rings in January but also 7months later, when the heat had made my finger too big. They resized and polished it on the same day.
Obviously, we won’t be buying any more wedding rings but for anything else, we’ll visit the knowledgeable and friendly people at Gold Arts.

I was blown away with my experience with Emma and the team at the Brighton store.

I got in touch with them for some advice on how to rework my engagement ring (which had a missing diamond). They came up with a beautiful re worked design - using the gold and diamonds and made something new that was above and beyond my expectations. I also needed a family heirloom resized and I felt so comfortable leaving it in their capable hands.

The team are so lovely and the shop in Brighton had such a family feel. They were fab at communication and kept me in the loop during the whole process. Really reasonably priced too!

Michelle and Emma was so helpful. I had a ring that I had bought from another jeweller in Brighton (Fidra Jewellers) who we're not helpful in fixing my ring which had a diamond missing. I was informed that I needed to find a Craftsman who could fix as they couldn't. I was lucky that I went into Golds Art and after explaining what had happened to Michelle she said they would be able to help me and shocked that the other jeweller had informed me to sort it myself. Between Michelle, Emma and the craftsman Mark, I was so pleased my ring is fixed and they even noticed another diamond was loose in the mount which the other 1 hadn't.

Called up on Saturday afternoon to arrange an appraisal and dropped my ring off a few hours later. I was greeted by Kim, who was incredibly friendly and made the whole process effortless. I then received a call at 9am on Monday morning to let me know my ring was ready to collect — a fantastic turnaround! Great service all round, would highly recommend!

I recently took an engagement ring to Gold Arts for resizing after purchasing it from a third-party retailer, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

From the start, the staff were polite, professional and very straightforward about the work involved. They explained that there was a possibility the engraving inside the ring might be affected during the resizing process, but they would do their best to preserve it.

There was also a pricing error in my favour when I was initially quoted. When the mistake was discovered, they still honoured the original price without hesitation. I actually offered to contribute more towards the cost because I felt it was only fair, especially given the quality of the work they carried out.

Not only did they successfully resize the ring, but they also managed to keep the engraving intact, which was a fantastic result. The work was completed more quickly than expected too.

It's refreshing to deal with a business that is honest, professional and genuinely puts customer service first. I would highly recommend Gold Arts to anyone looking for jewellery repairs, resizing or bespoke work.

I am on holiday in Brighton and called into Gold Arts this afternoon because a link on my watch bracelet had come undone. I was helped by Kim who was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better service. While I was waiting Kim was helping a couple who were choosing wedding rings she was absolutely brilliant. They were looking at vintage and new rings and she explained the difference in gold standards and quality. She ensured the couple knew the best value for money and were happy with their choice. Kim is an example of an exemplary salesperson. If you're thinking of purchasing jewellery I would highly recommend visiting and having a chat with Kim. The shop has a great selection of jewellery and I'll definitely drop in again the next time I'm in Brighton
